讀書會是社區學習的良好形式。本研究主要目的在探究成員參與讀書會的動機、學習歷程與成效,分析讀書會經營運作與發展的情形,並探討社區學習的內涵、思維及其與讀書會之關係。綜合研究結果,得到結論如下: 一、參與讀書會的動機為:喜愛閱讀、團體活動的良好經驗、追求成長、擴大生活圈、親友邀請參加以及與子女共讀等原因。 二、讀書會參與心得:在個人、家庭與人際關係上都有很大的影響。 三、讀書會的經營與運作為:召集、領導、參與的成員與良好的團體氣氛。 四、讀書會與社區學習的關係為:善用資源,增生彼此的力量。 根據上述結論,研究者提出建議如下: 一、對教育機構與政府的建議為: 設置一個單位提供讀書會的相關諮詢或聯繫。編列經費辦理領導人培訓並補助讀書會的成立。應與民間組織共同研擬評鑑與進修制度。 二、對推廣社區讀書會的建議為: 社區領導人主動與公部門連結,開展學習資源網絡。加強社區讀書會之間的交流。提供讀書會人員再教育的管道。規劃多元化主題活動。 三、對未來研究之建議為: 針對不同性質的讀書會組織作探討。針對培訓效果以及參與效果,來探討課程的設計實施。 關鍵字:讀書會、社區學習、學習社會、終身學習
Study group is a good pattern of community learning. The purpose of this study is to explore learning motivation, process and effect of members participating in study group, to analyse the current situation of study group in its operation and development, and further to discuss the implication and concept of community learning and the relationship between it and study group.To summarize this study, the conclusions can be drawn as below: I. Motivation of participating in study group includes loving reading, good experience of group-based activities, pursuit of growth, expanding the life circle, an invitation from kith and kin and parents enjoying reading together with their children. II. In the effect of participating in study group, influence individuals, families and interpersonal relationship. III. For managing and operating the study group, leaders , members participating in study group in a cordial atmosphere. IV. The relationship between study group and community learning is to achieve both growth and value objectives. Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are proposed for reference. I. For education-based institutions and government-related agencies, we recommend: to establish a unit special for providing any information or inquiry related to study group and how to contact it; to make a budget special for organizing a leadership training program and supporting the establishment of the study group-based organization; and to draw up the evaluation and study system by collaborating with private organizations. II. For the development of study group in community, we recommend: that community leader should take the initiative in connecting with public sector to expand learning resource networks; to enhance an exchange between different study groups in community; to provide a channel of re-education for members from study group; and to plan diversified theme-based activities. III. For future research, we recommend: to make an approach for different nature of study group organizations; and to discuss the course design and implementation depending on the effect of members receiving a training and their participation in study group.
