醫院採行健檢業務委外經營方案,本研究透過個案深度訪談問題探討方式來說明醫院與受託廠商對醫療業務委外經營方案之全面性觀點,深入探討個案醫院委外經營之策略、承包商評選、授權範圍、建立何種合作關係、委外績效評估指標、及委外經營之障礙或困難等,整理建構醫療健檢業務委外經營最佳模式,提出醫療健檢業務的整體性建議,作為地區醫院管理階層委外決策實務應用之參考。
As hospitals implement medical examinations business outsourcing management projects, this research, through a series of interviews and cases, seeks to explain the comprehensive point of view of the hospitals and the contracted company on medical business outsourcing management. This paper delves into the strategies, the selection of contractors, limitations of the contract, working relationship, outsourcing efficiency evaluation targets, and obstacles to outsourcing of the subject hospital. The paper aims to organize and form the optimal model for outsourcing medical examination business management and propose integrated recommendations for medical examination business, in order to serve as reference for the local hospitals in deciding on an outsourcing strategy.
