台南縣市公共衛生護理人員健康促進工作投入之相關因素

摘要 本研究目的在於探討公共衛生護理人員的健康促進工作投入之相關因素。研究目的為(1)瞭解公共衛生護理人員健康促進工作投入的情形;(2)探討公共衛生護理人員個人因素、健康促進工作知識、健康促進工作教育角色認知、健康促進工作態度、健康促進行為與健康促進工作投入的相關性。(3)探討公共衛生護理人員健康促進工作投入之重要預測因子。 採橫斷式相關性研究設計,研究對象為擔任現職六個月且實際參與健康促進工作之公共衛生護理人員,經方便取樣徵求台南縣市37所衛生所之公衛護理人員同意參與研究,共獲得有效問卷226份。研究工具為結構式問卷,包括個人因素、健康促進工作投入量表、健康促進工作知識量表、健康促進工作教育角色認知量表、健康促進工作態度量表、健康促進行為量表。量表經信度及效度檢定,包括內部一致性信度、再測信度、庫-李信度、表面效度及內容效度。所得資料以百分比、平均值、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步迴歸分析。 研究結果發現:(1)公共衛生護理人員的整體健康促進工作投入標準化得分為54.25,屬於中等程度;(2)健康促進工作知識與健康促進工作投入沒有顯著相關;(3)健康促進工作教育角色認知愈正向健康促進工作投入愈佳;(4)健康促進工作態度愈正向健康促進工作投入愈佳;(5)健康促進行為愈多健康促進工作投入愈佳;(6)「健康促進工作教育角色認知」、「健康促進工作態度」為公共衛生護理人員健康促進工作投入的重要預測因子,可解釋健康促進工作投入總變異數的14.9%。 根據本研究結果可作為公共衛生行政實務及教育之參考,且可提供未來研究方向之建議。

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate job involvement and related factors in health promotion among public health nurses. The purposes were to: (1)understand job involvement conduct in health promotion among public health nurses; (2)investigate the related factors between job involvement in health promotion, as well as the following factors: personal factors, knowledge of health promotion, perception of the educational role in the health promotion job, attitude toward the health promotion job, and health promotion behaviors; (3)identify the important factors of job involvement in health promotion among public health nurses. This is a cross-sectional correlated design. The target group included public health nurses in Tainan city and county who have worked in the public health clinic field for at least 6months and who actually participate in health promotion work. For convenience in obtaining the samples, we addressed public health nurses from 37 public health clinics and consents were obtained. A total of 226 acceptable questionnaires were collected. A constructed questionnaire, including questions on: personal factors, a health promotion job involvement scale, knowledge of the health promotion job scale, perception of the educational role health promotion job scale, attitude toward the health promotion job scale, and health promotion behaviors scale were used for the study. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated for internal consistency, retest reliability, Kuder-Richardson reliability, surface validity and content validity. Data analysis was performed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person’s product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed: (1)the standardized score of job involvement in health promotion is 54.25, considered as medium level; (2)the correlation between knowledge of and involvement in the health promotion job was not significant; (3) the relationship between perception of the educational role and involvement in the health promotion job was positive; (4)the relationship between attitude toward and job involvement in the health promotion job was positive; (5)the greater the health promotion behavior, the better the health promotion job involvement; (6)“perception of the educational role in health promotion job” and “attitude toward health promotion job” were the two most important predictors of health promotion job involvement among public health nurses, and accounted for 14.9% of the total amount of variance. Results of this study could provide a reference on the subject of job involvement in health promotion among public health nurses, when considering public health administration affairs, or education programs, and can provide suggestions for further research in this field.
