九型人格與學習態度之研究-以碩士班研究生為例

摘要


隨著教育的普及,大專院校的快速擴張,使得人人都可以上大學,相對也使得碩士班的增加,而許多的研究生報考研究所之因素,多數是以文憑為居多,在這種狀況之下,應該更重視研究生的學習態度,因為有好的學習態度為基礎,才能發揮其舉足輕重的作用。在過去研究中指出,學生的學習態度會影響學生的學習行為,且人格特質對於學習態度也具有相當的影響,其人格特質愈積極、正向的學生,學習態度也會愈積極,相反地,則其學習態度會愈消極。 近年來,九型人格 ( Enneagram )的竄起,成為現今一種新型衡量人格特質的工具,至今已被全球許多的先進國家和知名的集團公司等廣泛地應用。在教育界部份,則是美國史丹佛大學、哈佛大學以及北京的清華大學等著名學府也都有開辦九型人格的相關課程,至今九型人格也已經廣泛的應用在生活各層面上。因此,本研究藉由九型人格這套工具來探討九型人格與學習態度之關聯性,並進一步地深入的瞭解國內碩士班研究生在求學階段上的學習態度。 本研究以質性訪談的方式與23位研究生進行研究,經過分析後發現(1)無論哪種類型的碩士班研究生皆不喜歡沒有互動的教學方式來學習(2)無論哪種類型的碩士班研究生皆喜歡與老師互相討論與交流的學習方式(3)不同類型的碩士班研究生在對同學與自我的態度上,有著不一樣的學習態度。

With increasing popularity of education and rapid expanding of universities and colleges, more and more people can attend university and master’s class is increasing correspondingly. However, many postgraduates apply for entering into research institutes merely out of consideration for a diploma. Under this circumstance, more emphasis should be put on postgraduates’ learning attitude since only a good learning attitude can make postgraduates play their significant role. Previous researches have pointed out that students’ learning attitude will impact their learning behavior and personal characteristics will also have effect on learning attitude. The more active and positive personal characteristics students have, the more positive their learning attitude will be, and vice versa. Enneagram, rising in recent years, has become a new tool measuring personal characteristics which has been widely applied by many advanced countries and well-known group corporations across the world. In the education circle, a lot of institutions such as Stanford University in America, Harvard University and Tsinghua University in Beijing, etc. have established courses relevant to Enneagram. Until now, Enneagram has been widely used in each level of life. Therefore, based on the tool of Enneagram, this study is aimed at exploring relationship between Enneagram and learning attitude and further understanding learning attitude of domestic postgraduate in master’s class at the learning stage.Therefore, this research mainly explores the relatedness of nine personalities and the study manner by means of “Enneagram.” In addition, the research further discusses how present graduate student think for their study. After conducting research on 23 postgraduates by means of conducting qualitative interviews and making analyses, this study makes the findings as follows: (1) postgraduates of any kind in master’s class dislike the learning under a teaching method without interaction;(2) postgraduates of any kind in master’s class like the learning with mutual discussion and communication with teachers; (3) postgraduates of any kind in master’s class would have different learning attitudes toward their schoolmates and themselves.
