ERP 軟體介面設計與功能認知對使用者學習績效之影響

摘要


企業資源規劃(ERP)系統在最近幾年越來越重要,但許多人在操作ERP系統軟體時會感到不熟悉,造成電腦介面和使用者的認知上有落差,使得使用者在使用系統時造成混亂。為了調查使用者的滿意度和行為意圖去衡量學習者的學習績效,本研究提出了以DeLone 和McLean資訊系統成功模型及沉浸理論為基礎的研究模型,用以理解學習者的滿意度,使用系統的行為意圖及學習績效的提升。在實證分析方面採用問卷發放的方式測量模型,並將設計與研究模型相關的問卷進行資料的收集與分析。本研究的研究目的為透過ERP系統,來進行了學習者學習績效方面的認知評估,同時更著重在學習者學習ERP系統時的學習培訓。根據本研究結果發現,如果想要有效的提升學習績效,必須在學習過程中更重視互動關係。期望本研究結果可提供學術界與實務界ERP系統培訓方面的参考。

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has already become more and more important in recent years. A lot of people seem very unfamiliar to operation the software, causing the computer interface have a gap on users cognitive, make users have confuse when they using the system. For investigates learners’ satisfaction and behavioral intentions to measurement learning performance, this research present a conceptual model through Flow Theory, DeLone and McLean Model for understanding learners’ satisfaction, behavioral intention of use the system and enhance learning performance. In this study, we suggest a model based on flow theory and DeLone and McLean model. A questionnaire-based empirical study was used to test the model. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate learners’ cognitive learning performance, with a focus on training learners with an ERP system. According our research find that if instructors wish to effectively promote learning performance, they must focus more attention on interaction during the learning process. We hope that the results of this study can provide a reference regarding ERP system training for academics and practitioners.
