規劃智慧型汽車維修管理專家系統之研究-以某汽車修配廠為例

摘要


本研究主要是以規劃智慧型汽車維修管理專家系統作為改善及創新現行汽車維修經營模式的新研究方向。以汽車維修經營模式為研究之主體,建構以E-Business為環境的經營模式雛形。本研究運用國內外學者專家的管理方法、策略、技術與經驗協助台灣汽車維修經營模式的轉型,使得汽車維修業以顧客為導向,增進與顧客關係,加強服務品質,改善產業體質、強化產業競爭力及塑造一個公開、公平、以顧客為中心的汽車維修服務環境。 本研究主要透過探討用車人對汽車保修服務的需求,規劃創新的智慧型維修廠管理系統,藉此擴充管理層面升級各項功能,進而運用於未來傳統保修廠經營管理軟體。再加上與雲端科技趨勢的連結,當智慧型維修廠管理系統使用的保修廠越多,本研究所規劃之雲端智慧型汽車維修管理專家系統平台的專家知識庫所獲得技術經驗值也將成正比的增加。技術人員與管理者最有價值的地方在於知識經驗的累積與思維邏輯的判斷,所以若能將三十多年的技術、績效管理、行銷管理、研發、採購成本庫存管理,架構成雲端智慧型汽車維修管理專家系統平台及保修廠汽車維修管理服務系統,兩組一套的全方位智慧型汽車維修管理專家服務平台,讓技術知識與經驗累積的價值變得更大更廣泛更實用,將可解決獨立保修廠和技術人員及車主絕大部份的問題。

The main purpose of this research is to plan an intelligent automobile service management system based on advanced structure of project management, in order to improve the traditional system and develop the new business model to automobile service industry. To complete the purpose, this research refers to successful strategies and methodologies in e-business industry in order to rebuild the business model in automobile repair industry, thereby improving the service quality, strengthen competitiveness and looking forward to creating an open, fair, and transparent environment for customers. The contribution of this research is to upgrade all functions of conventional automotive industry business software. In addition, this research also develops an intelligent automobile service management system platform connecting with cloud computing network. As more automobile service companies use this system, the more information will be creased and saved in knowledge database of intelligent automobile service management system platform. For this reason, companies would be able to avoid knowledge lose when staffs and technical workers retire or leave jobs in the companies. If applications of knowledge in various field in automobile industry such as technical data, performance management, marketing, research and developing and purchasing, can be saved into an intelligent automobile service management system platform, such system can solve enormous problems in service station owner, staffs and car owners.
