由於華人經濟圈的崛起,「關係(Guanxi)」議題在華人組織行為的研究當中,逐漸成為重要的角色。經過眾多學者的努力,業已累積大量可觀的文獻資料。而心理契約(psychological contract)的研究,在西方學術領域亦方興未艾。相較於此,國內對心理契約的關注則略顯不足。另一方面,儘管「關係」的研究近年來已由心理學及社會學延伸至商管領域。但無可諱言的是,其間仍然存在諸多問題,尚待研究者發掘。 藉由演繹歸納本研究整理出「關係」取向及心理契約類型,進一步推論其間之關聯性,並據此建立一概念性架構。同時採用便利抽樣,研究對象為企業的一般員工共670人,有效卷回收率為65.3%(438人)。透過迴歸分析的方式檢驗其間的關連性,研究的結果顯示:員工對知覺「關係」取向中的情感性成份的認知程度對關係型心理契約及交易型心理契約的滿意度均有顯著的影響。
Due to the rise of economic in Chinese area, the "Guanxi" topic gradually become an important role in the study of Chinese organizational behavior. And the psychological contract research was ascendant abroad. But concerns of the psychological contract is slightly less in Taiwan. On the other hand, despite the "Guanxi" study has been extended to Business administration field from psychology and sociology in recent years. However, the fact is that many problems still exist and need to discovery. This study was generalized a conclusion from result of past research in dimensions of "Guanxi" and type of psychological contracts, and for the further inference which is relevant. The results showed: the "Guanxi" orientation include affective orientation and instrumental orientation, and psychological contract can be divided into relational psychological contract and transactional psychological contract.
