經濟部能源局 (2011) 統計,在1990年到2007年間,我國碳排放量從110,830千公噸的CO2 (Carbon dioxide, CO2) 增加至262,811千公噸。據工研院統計,運輸產業占比為全國產業第三大二氧化碳之氣體排放來源,而運輸產業二氧化碳排放來源當中,屬汽油與柴油影響最鉅 (工研院,2007) ,我國汽車貨櫃貨運業者使用曳引車進行運輸服務,面對未來可能發生的成本:二氧化碳費用。本研究以A汽車貨運運輸公司為例,據其中繼式CY運輸模式,發現其營運成本較傳統CY業者為低。本研究使用投資決策分析與整理實習與專訪資料發現,A汽車貨運運輸公司運用中繼式CY運輸模式,使其較傳統CY運輸模式更具效益,經研究後發現:1. 使用中繼式CY運輸模式比傳統CY運輸模式更能節省成本。2. 對於未來二氧化碳費用施行之中繼式CY運輸模式易較傳統CY運輸模式節省成本,且隨距離愈遠愈明顯。3. 從三種曳引車Scania、Fuso、DAF觀察,DAF曳引車,溫室氣體排放量最低,為最低二氧化碳排放之選擇,但是當二氧化碳費用低廉時,從財務管理角度,會以Fuso作為投資較佳,因為Fuso曳引車成本為最低,應為追求最低成本之選擇。
According to the 2011 statistics published by the Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, the amount of carbon-dioxide emissions in Taiwan Area had increased from 110,830,000 (1990) tons to 262,811,000 tones (2007). The average growth rate per year was 8%. The transportation industry is the third largest source of carbon emissions according to the Industrial Technology Research Institute. To reduce the amount of carbon –dioxide emission has increasingly become an important issue for the inland container freight transportation industry. A new type of CY container transportation was implemented to encounter the challenges from the environment and energy-price impacts. In this study, the new transportation model in JennJaan Transportation Relational Enterprise was carefully examined and compared with the traditional CY transport mode. The result shows that the operating cost of the new relay terminal transport model is less than traditional CY transport model. The new model also reduces the amount of carbon-dioxide emissions and makes the company more able to face the possible carbon tax cost. This study also examines three kinds of towing trolleys: Scania, Fuso and DAF, and the authors find out the DAF can reduce the most Greenhouse Gas emission.
