摘要

本研究試圖結合技術特性因子的觀點與資源基礎觀點，來檢視技術特性因子對企業取得技術模式之影響。本研究將涵蓋技術策略類型、技術取得方式、技術特性因子的的評估。主要目的如下︰
1. 探討過去文獻，並參考業界意見，找出適當的技術策略類型分類構面。
2. 探討技術策略類型、技術特性因子，企業資源構面與組織技術取得方式三者間的關係。
3. 探討技術特性因子對技術取得方式的影響，了解台灣積體電路設計廠商最易受那些因素的影響。
4. 探討不同技術策略類型公司技術取得方式，其技術特性因子與公司資源間的相互影響關係。
本研究為採用個案研究法之探索性研究，研究發現如下;

一﹑技術策略對技術取得模式的影響
根據次級資料分析與訪談結果彙整，IC設計公司所採用的技術策確實會對SIP取得模式造成影響。

二﹑企業資源能力特性對技術取得模式的影響
根據次級資料分析與訪談結果彙整，企業資源特性的策確實會對SIP取得模式造成影響。

三﹑技術個性因子對技術取得模式的影響
（一）技術不確定性高的SIP技術傾向以內部發展的方式取得
（二）技術潛藏性高的SIP技術傾向以內部發展的方式取得
（三）技術複雜性高的SIP技術傾向以外購方式取得
（四）技術專屬性高的SIP技術將傾向以外購的方式取得

By technology factor and resource-base perspective, this study tries to find how technology factor affect technology acquisition mode in SIP industry. Technology strategy mode, technology acquisition mode and evaluation of technology factor will all be discussed in this study. The goal of this study is listed as below:

1.By lecture review and reference from industry, find the dimension of technology strategy.

2.Discuss the relationship of technology mode, technology factor, resource in corporation and technology acquisition mode.

3.Check the effect between technology factor and technology acquisition and understand the key concern in IC design industry in Taiwan.

4.Try to find the relationship between technology factor and resource of corporation among firms with different technology strategy .

The case study methodology is used in this study and the result is as below;
1.Technology strategy affect technology acquisition mode.

2.Resource of corporation affect technology acquisition mode.

3.The relation ship between technology factor and technology acquisition mode;
(1)With high technology uncertainty, company will use internal SIP technology
(2)With high technology hiding, firm will use internal SIP technology.
(3)With high technology complexity, firm will use external SIP technology.
(4) With high technology specificity, firm will use external SIP technology
