製造業在進行營運競爭時,品質的穩定性(Stability)及符合的能力(Capability)是影響後續訂單的重要因素之一,目前全球電子產業環境偏向專業分工,製造業間的競爭非常激烈,有許多案例顯示,因品質造成客戶流失而影響營運的結果,都再次顯示品質對企業的重要性。 要進行品質改善之前首先要了解品質問題發生的原因,它是屬於突發的特殊原因或是長期存在的共同原因,接著也要對品質改善的模式及手法進行深入的了解。 品質改善的模式, 隨著時代的演進推陳出新,雖然大部分的模式的共通性很高,基本上也都是以Deming Cycle為出發點,一個企業應隨時了解並整合新舊手法,如果現有手法與新的概念並無不同之處,也可維持現狀。一個好的品質問題解決手法不僅在手法的本身,其配套的系統及工具也佔有決定性的角色。 不同領域、不同類型的問題有其最適用的品質改善的模式,有於 此,本研究將對品質改善類型加以分類,並用個案應用的方式說明其相對適合的改善模式之執行狀況,供企業參考,期增進企業進行品質改善的效率及效果。
Quality stability and capability play a very important role in the decision of customer order while the competition is getting more intense in manufacturing industry. There are many cases indicate business loss because of poor quality, and it makes the company in the crisis. We can not ignore the importance of quality any more. It is basic to realize the nature of quality problem before conducting any improvement activity. Quality problem is normally divided into two groups: one is special cause or sporadic problem, the other is common cause or chronic. Besides we need to have a deep understanding about how to improve quality. There are many quality improvement procedures in the past and created recently. Most of them have the same core concept, they are basically the expansion of Deming cycle. Enterprises should realize and integrate them to come up with a model as the common language within organization. Besides, a good quality improvement model is very important not only the procedure but also the supporting system. Different categories and types of quality problems have their own improvement procedures. The study will classify quality improvement types, and apply proper procedures to empirical manufacturing cases in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of quality improvement.
