矽烷偶聯劑對丙烯酸系感壓膠影響 之研究

摘要


本研究使用包含丙烯酸丁酯 (Butyl acrylate,BA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(n-butyl methacrylate,BMA)、丙烯酸(Acrylic Acid,AA)及苯乙烯(Styrene)等單體,並添加多異氰酸酯型的硬化劑進行交聯,合成一種丙烯酸系感壓膠。主要探討添加不同官能基的矽烷偶合劑(SiM、 SiG、 SiA)對感壓膠使用在偏光板上時的耐久性、黏著力、彈性和黏性的表現。此外本研究同時使用熱重分析儀、熱示差分析儀以及熱機械分析儀,輔助分析添加不同官能基的矽烷偶合劑下感壓膠的裂解和蠕變性質的變化。 研究結果顯示,添加過多的矽烷偶合劑會產生膠體發泡,恰當的矽烷偶合劑混合比率得到優異的耐候性。各類矽烷偶合劑中以 (SiG) 對彈性有較佳的提升效果;添加後不但有助於黏著力的提升,且可維持感壓膠的性質將有很好的應用潛力。

In this study,a kind of cross-linked acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA), was synthesized by using Butyl acrylate (BA),n-butyl methacrylate(BMA),Acrylic Acid(AA)and Styrene as monomers, Isocyanate hardener and as the cross-link. Besides, the effect of addition of different organic functional silane couping agents (SiM,SiG,SiA) on the durability、peeling force、elasticity and stickiness performances of the polarization film.Further more,the properties of degradation and creep behaviors of the as-prepared PSAs were investigated by using TGA,DSC and TMA analysis. The results showed that bubbles were produced if excess of silane couping agents was added, excellent durability was obtained if proper silane couping agents ratio was applied.In addition,it was found that SiG was the best silane couping agent for the elasticity of PSA.It not only increased the peeling force but also kept the property of PSA invariant.SiG was the best couping agent for PSA among the three agents applied.
