不同膨潤劑對於聚氨酯-黏土奈米複合發泡材料製備與特性影響之比較性研究

摘要


本論文旨在使用兩種不同的膨潤劑(CH3(CH2)15N(Br)(CH3))3與C23H24BrO2P)以「陽離子交換反應」對同ㄧ種黏土(Clay)進行表面改質。其次,以「原位聚合法」將改質後的有機黏土分散至聚氨酯(Polyurethane)中去製備聚氨酯-黏土奈米複合發泡材料,並進行化學結構的鑑定及物理性質的分析。以X-ray 繞射儀(XRD)、傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀(FTIR)鑑定其表面化學結構;以掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察發泡材料之表面型態,藉以計算其泡體尺寸大小及泡體緻密性,並利用SEM mapping觀察黏土的分散狀態。而發泡材料的物性檢測方面,則以示差掃描量熱儀(DSC)、熱重分析儀(TGA)分析發泡材料的熱性質;利用萬能拉伸試驗機測試其機械性質。 末端具反應性官能基(OH)的膨潤劑C23H24BrO2P所改質的有機黏土在聚氨酯發泡體(Polyurethane Foam)中有較佳的分散效果,化學發泡效果好,且平均孔徑小、緻密度高;經膨潤劑改質後的有機黏土均能有效提昇發泡體的機械性質與熱性質。在結果討論與結論中將以兩種改質劑的簡稱(CTAB、CTPB)來區分其物性與化性之研究分析結果。

The present paper will be for the purpose of using two kinds to change nature medicinal preparation (CH3(CH2)15N(Br)(CH3))3 and C23H24BrO2P differently) by “cation exchange reaction” will carry on the surface with kind of Clay to change the nature.Next, will have, the non-function base after “In-situ polymerization” changes the nature medicinal preparation to change the nature organic clay to disperse to polyurethane in prepares the polyurethane - clay nanocomposite foam, and will carry on the chemical constitution to decide and the physical property analysis.By X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) to decide its surface chemistry structure; Scans type electron microscope (SEM) to observe surface of state the foaming material, so as to calculates it to soak the body size size and to soak the body compactness, and using SEM mapping observation clay dispersed state.About foaming material natural examination aspect, then shows difference scanning calorimetry meter (DSC), thermogravimetry analyzer (TGA) analyzes the foaming material the thermal property; Uses the multi-purpose stretch testing machine to test its mechanical property. The terminal has reactivity function base (OH) to change the nature medicinal preparation to change the archery target organic clay Polyurethane Foam to have the good dispersible effect in the polyurethane foaming body, the chemistry foaming effect is good, also the average aperture small, sends the density to be high; After changes the nature medicinal preparation to change the nature differently the organic clay to be able to promote the foaming body effectively the mechanical property and the thermal property.
