設計旅館之空間體驗研究

摘要


近年來國人的旅遊型態趨向多樣化與個性化,旅客也正朝向於美學與感官的遊憩體驗。對於富有創意性及設計感的設計旅館(Design Hotel)如一股新潮流般地好奇與喜愛,甚至已作為旅遊目的地之一的要求趨勢。凡旅館的定位設計及營造旅客的新體驗等,有其進一步探討的迫切性與價值。過去對旅館的研究多半集中在經營績效、顧客滿意度及服務品質等主題,然而對旅館所提供的空間設計與旅客間的體驗分析較少涉及。本研究基於此緣由,透過文獻彙整的方式,瞭解設計旅館的定義與發展過程,釐清與一般旅館的差異性,以及掌握其特性。案例分析則以具代表性的2個國內外設計旅館案例,探討設計旅館構成因素與分析國內外設計旅館之差異。並以台北市丹迪旅店為調查樣本,藉由質性訪談,分析旅客對設計旅館空間之五感體驗。 研究發現,五感體驗有著各種感覺器官的資訊整合性,旅客透過五感能真實的感受到設計旅館的獨特之處與美感,而「視覺」就影響了旅客大部分的元素。設計旅館的空間透過設計師獨特的設計、抓住整體風格、創造新的空間形式與材料運用,以及引人注目的視覺設計等皆是構成設計旅館的美學因素,並且增加旅客對設計旅館的認知與美學體驗,創造出體驗設計的族群。然而,當旅客住宿於設計旅館,實際感覺到的與理想中的意象有差距時,旅客選擇重遊此目的地的可能性也就愈低。

Today, tourists in Taiwan tend to choose diversity and stylishness. Aesthetics and sensory experience are now being valued in people’s tour. Design Hotel, a stylish and creativity oriented hotel, is loved by many tourists and is now even becoming an important purpose to tourists. Since Design Hotel is growing, its hotel management and design method is becoming highly discussed and meaningful. In the past, the research about hotels focused on the managements, customer satisfaction and service quality, etc. However the space design and tourists experience are less discussed. Based on this reason, my research, through literature review, is to understand the definitions and developments of Design Hotels and separate it from the other normal hotels and realize their traits. Further, the study will take two Taiwan’s representative design hotel as case study, analyzing the basic factors of design hotel, and the differences of design hotel between Taiwan and other countries. The Dandy Hotel, in Taipei city, will be the sample for research and, through interviews, tourists’ five sensory experiences will be discussed. In the end of my research, five sensory experiences can combine different information about a hotel. The unique and aesthetics of a design hotel can be truly understand through the five sensory experiences, especially through the sense of vision. Design hotel is into a unique design and it creates new, fresh space and quality for customer, which makes a design hotel attract people’s attention and make it aesthetic; at the same time, design hotel finds a group of tourists who chase an innovative experience and stylish. Design hotel even increases the aesthetics and the knowledge of tourists. In the other side, I find that the more different the tourists find between their imagination and a real hotel, the less possible the tourists will visit a design hotel again. I hope the conclusion of my research will help the future managers who manage the design hotel.
