非線性推覆分析評估建築物耐震能力 與強度評估法之比較-消防隊案例

摘要


國內在 921 地震後,特別重視現存建築物的耐震能力,尤其老 舊建築物更是急需作耐震能力的評估。現今國內工程界大多以內政部 建築研究所於 1999 年公佈的「鋼筋混凝土建築物耐震能力評估法與 推廣」為建築物耐震評估的依據,其以構件強度為評估依據。而國外 研究依構件強度與靭性評估建築物之耐震能力,其中以ATC-40 的容 量震譜法最為有名。 台灣位於環太平洋地震帶,每年地震發生非常頻繁,消防隊在地 震後扮演著救災的重要角色,本文藉由兩種評估方法的比較與探討, 來了解台灣地區現存此類建築物於地震發生時之結構行為。

People paid much attention on the seismic capacity of buildings after the Chi-Chi earthquake happened. The 1999 year edition of “the Seismic Capacity Assessment for RC Building”, promoted by “Architecture & Building Research Institute, Minster of Interior”, to take the strength of element as basis, was extensively applied In Taiwan. The abroad studies evaluate the seismic capacity of buildings according to the strength and ductility of frames. Among them again with ATC-40 most is well-known. Taiwan lies in the earthquake zone of Pacific Ocean of the ring. The earthquake occurrence is very multifarious then the Fire Brigade plays an important relief role after the earthquake take place. In this research, going to understand the structure behavior of this type building which is existing in Taiwan while taking place in earthquake with the comparison and discussion of two kinds of assessment methods.
