本研究鑑於現今產業變化迅速,擬整合精實生產方式(Lean Production System)與六標準差(Six Sigma)之模式「VMPS」(Voice Measure Pull Sustain)應用於光電零組件偏光板(Polarizer)產業,藉以將精實生產之提高工作效率與流程速度之優點,以及六標準差之專注降低變異與提高流程控制之益處,活用於產業界,以期能滿足顧客各項需求。 研究結果發現,「VMPS」模式在實際運用於光電零組件偏光板產業生產流程改善後,可縮短後段製程Cycle Time(C.T.)29.6%,以及讓廠內第一大缺點負翹不良比例由4.9%降低為2.1%。因此可了解本研究模式「VMPS」在現實中確實有其有效性與可執行性,最後期望此模式對於其它同性質產業亦能有所助益,使企業獲得實質上的經營效益,進而達成企業永續經營的目標。
With day-by-day advancing technology and rapid changes in industries, the thesis is about integrating the systems of Lean Production system and Six Sigma to come up with “VMPS” (Voice Measure Pull Sustain)system applying into polarizer industry (one of optoelectronic components industries)for boosting efficiency, smooth process operation, reducing variance, and process control to meet the demands of customers. Based on the results, VMPS Model is verified its positive efficiency and feasibility after applying it into process improvement in polarizer industry. Take the studied company for example, the cycle time of post-production is shortened by 29.6%; the ratio of curling(used to the No.1 defect)is also reduced from 4.9% to 2.1%. Hence, it is hoped that VMPS Model could be introduced into other polarizer manufacturers, and could generate profits from it to achieve the goal of sustainable operation.
