This research also explores the connection between students’ career transition motivation and their career transition willingness. A number of 139 questionnaires were conducted. The analysis involves using methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, and simple logistic regression. Result of statistical analysis reveals the following findings: (a) The most important motivation of career transition for self-contained high school students is to have improvement in their professional knowledge and skills. (b) Most of the self-contained high school students incline to pursue for career; however, the ratio of students incline to continue education increase over the years.
