摘要

透過時代的轉變，雖然女性在能力上逐漸被社會認同與肯定，但在這些提倡女性意識抬頭的議題下，那些被審視的潛在因子仍然存在著。
　　去年，英國演員艾瑪‧華森在紐約聯合國總部發表了關於兩性平等的演說。她提到：女性主義的定義是男人和女人應享有同等的權利和機會，在政治經濟和社會上都為男女平等。但是，她發現部分的人會將「爭取女性權益」與「仇視男性」劃上等號，並且認為提倡「爭取女性權益」的女性太強悍，甚至是沒有魅力的。那些人之所以這麼認為，一部分是受審視的潛在因子所影響，另一部分因為他們對女性主義的理解過度狹隘。女性主義不只和女性有關，以家庭為例：如果家庭結構改變，家務重擔不再重壓在女性身上，男性更能充分參與家庭生活，但這不表示，女性主義是在犧牲男性，提升女性地位。
　　本創作以女性主義議題作為創作方向，透過多種扮裝圖像的表現形式來與觀者對話，探討現今既有社會結構對單一性別的壓迫所形成的無形框架，傳達女性議題對社會的重要性，重新審視社會對於性別的價值觀念。無論是男性或女性都正受到性別角色的束縛，這是一個兩性皆需要反思的議題。

As times go by, although woman abilities have earned recognition and social identity, under these topics of women’s rights advocate those judicially factors still exist.
Last year Emma Watson, world-famous British actor, made a speech about gender inequality and how to fight it at the UN. “For the record, feminism by definition is the belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities. It is the theory of the political, economic and social equality of the sexes.” she said. But she found that fighting for women’s rights has too often become synonymous with man-hating, and even seen as too strong, too aggressive, isolating, anti-men and, unattractive. It’s not just because of those judicially factors still exist but also people have narrow understanding of feminism. Feminism is not just about woman, for example: share the housework equally, women won’t have to carry heavy burden of housework and men can fully participate in the family, this doesn’t mean that feminism is to earn respect from sacrificing man.
This research is based on costume self-portraits, connecting feminism issues try to communicate with people. Both men and women should thought about gender inequality.
