摘要

隨著 TFT-LCD 面板廠的世代交替，AMHS 設備所需搬運的卡匣 尺寸越來越大、重量越來越重，因應這些特性的改變所衍生的新搬運課題，本研究係以個案公司第六代 TFT 廠，實際運用在內嵌式自動倉儲系統及橋接式移載機的現況為例，經過實地了解其自動化搬運系統的作業現況與問題，依據創造性問題解決理論 (TRIZ) 能夠在較短的時間裡產生各種創意解決方案的特 點，並配合 TRIZ 工具之技術矛盾分析、演化趨勢分析、理想化設計分析與質–場分析等方法，應用於改善自動化搬運系統運作上的不良因素，進而減少影響自動化搬運系統運作的問題產生，使整體生產搬運系統運作更為穩定。個案之探討結果顯示，以 TRIZ 的解題工具進行改善，確實提供有效的改善方向，如接觸磨耗問題的優化，原物再利用省成本的方案以及同時具有自動回位的修正機能。

Along with Cassette size TFT-LCD panel plant alternation of generations, the AMHS equipment for handling more and the greater weight and more and more weight. Status of this study due to changes should these features of the derivative of the new handling topics. This paper studies a G6 TFT fabrication to verify the benefits of In-line Stocker, and Bridge Conveyor, The present research is a practical case study based on AMHS (Automated Material Handling System). The purpose of this study is using TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) to systematically modulize the operation of a modern production system, and further to analyze problems and generate possible solutions through the Technical contradiction analysis, the evolution of trend analysis, the ideal design and Substance-Field analysis, used to improve automated handling adverse factors on system operation, thereby hreducing the problem of affecting the operation of automated handling systems, so that the overall production handling system operation more stable. The case of the TRIZ problem solving tools to carry out improvement, does provide direction to improve the contact with the wear problem, and also has the automatic return function, as well as the original re-use of cost-down program.
