場所經驗對空間設計之影響

摘要

「家」對於每個人而言，所代表的事物不同，而場所依戀與鏈結也截然不同。伴隨著生命的成長，我們對環境的喜好與品味也會有所改變，而此些改變包含某些重要的記憶或兒時生長環境的依戀有關。本研究目的主要針對本國設計師如何透過自我的場所經驗及設計手法，協助業主完成自我期待之居住空間。透過個案分析的研究方法，探討設計師與使用者的過往經驗與生活環境之間的關聯性，並採用實務案例為討論基礎，將所收集來的資料依據設計心理學的分析架構進行探索。研究流程主要分為案例探討與實務案例分析，透過文獻回顧所彙整出之架構進行比對。研究成果則指出設計者展現對場所經驗的轉換手法，擷取使用者對空間喜好的元素進行設計，達到使用者完成自我內心對生活環境的依戀。本文的研究貢獻包含環境心理學中所提出自我場所經驗的重要性，及彙整出室內設計獨特的設計過程架構，瞭解自我的場經驗將會影響每個人對空間的喜好與認同感，也便於日後設計者在進行空間規劃時能作為設計之考量，亦可縮短設計規畫所耗費之時間，進而降低室內設計時所產生之問題。

Due to the fact that our past experiences are not the same, we have different place experiences. Our place attachments or linkage are not similar either. The objective of this research is to study how local interior designer applying her self-place experiences and design means to accomplish the desire living place of the client. Methodology of this thesis was a case study, which focused on the relationships between place experiences of the designer and the completed living environment. The contents of design psychology were applied to the investigation of the past experiences impacting upon the three architects’ projects: Michael Graves, Tadao Ando, and I. M. Pei. The consequences of the analysis, as well as the interior design process, became the framework to further explore the house interior design. The findings of this research indicate that the interior designer transforms her place experiences into many aspects of the design, such as functions, circulations, forms, and decoration styles. All of which meet the requirements of the client. The contribution of this endeavor first confirms the importance of self-place experiences which influence designer’s spatial preferences and identity. Secondly, this research points out the unique framework of the interior design process. However, the major limitation of this study was only concentrated on the designer. Future study will focuses on the user’s aspects. A sound theory of self-place experiences influence spatial design will be established.
