應用壓力感測枕頭偵測翻身與睡眠品質

Using Sensors in Pillow for Turnover and Sleep Quality Detection

摘要


由於穿戴式裝置蓬勃發展,各式各樣的穿戴式睡眠偵測系統蓬勃發展,但大部份的穿戴裝置必須綁在身上或額外穿戴容易影響睡眠;市售的穿戴式手環無法偵測短時間離床活動。因此本研究以不需額外穿戴裝置的方式,將感測器放置於枕頭下方進行睡眠良率偵測,並與目前市售的小米手環進行睡眠良率比較,以實際確認深眠與淺眠佔比及實驗正確性。不但可以避免受測者需要額外穿戴睡眠裝置影響睡眠品質,同時也可以解決穿戴手環無法偵測短時間離床之問題。

Wearable devices are growing fast: however. Most wearable devise need to tie something on the body affecting sleep quality. Besides, most wearable devices to de-tect sleep quality can’t detect users getting up. Therefore, this study aim to develop a sleep quality detecting device which is no need to be worn. The proposed device using force sensors putting winder pillow to measure the force from the head of user to detect the head movement and hence to estimate sleep quality of the user comparislln with MiBand (from Xiaomi company) and camcorder are made to check the accuracy of the proposed work. In addition the proposed work can detects users getting up from bed, with can’t be detected by most wearable devise.
