及時生產環境下製造商與零售商之協同合作

摘要


面臨全球化的競爭下,半導體產業、生鮮超市與食品業等具有損耗性產品的行業別逐漸受到重視,因此企業與企業間的供應鏈管理扮演著能否獲得利潤的關鍵角色,不只需要宏觀的控制每一環節的存貨成本且需滿足高度動盪的市場需求;生產單一產品的企業亦無法滿足瞬息萬變的市場需求,因此企業增加產品數的種類不僅可跳脫上述困境亦可提高生產力、因資源共享後可降低平均生產成本、達到多角化的經營、營運範疇擴大與有效的統一管理。 本研究範圍為多原物料供應商、多零售商與多損耗性產品,探討協同策略中經濟訂購量、經濟生產量與及時生產,三者模式各自的出貨策略與最小成本,並透過不同數量原物料供應商、零售商與損耗性產品,進行敏感度分析,使企業有所依據進行營運決策。

Facing the global competition, the deteriorating product industry such as semiconductor industry, food industry, supermarkets and other have increased attention. Therefore, supply chain management in the enterprise and between enterprises play a key role in the availability of profits. It means that enterprises should not pay attention only to control every aspect in the cost of inventories but also consider to highly fluctuating market demand. Therefore, the entreprise increase their type of products to escape the difficulties for increasing productivity due to resource sharing. It will affect to average cost production, to diversify the business, operation and effectively expand integrated management. The scope of the study is raw material suppliers, retailers and multi -loss products, explore collaborative strategies in economic order quantity, and timeliness of economic production volume production. Each of the three modes of delivery strategies with minimum cost and quantity of raw materials through various suppliers, retailers and loss of product. Sensitivity analysis uses to enable enterprises to have a basis for operational decisions.
