廢輪胎用於加勁功能的力學特性研究

摘要


在近年來,由於全球過度開發及廢棄物所造成之過度環境污染使得全球環境品質日趨惡化,也使得全球各國開始重視資源回收利用與環境保護問題。若能將可再利用廢棄物如廢輪胎大量應用於工程上,不但可減少廢棄物處理問題,並可有效降低業者之工程成本,如此一來可謂一舉數得。 本研究將利用廢棄輪胎作為加勁工法之材料,此種剛柔兼備之新式加勁材料乃是以廢棄輪胎經加工後形成。由於地工合成材與土壤間互制能力的發揮主要為坎鎖(Interlock)效應,而土壤與加勁材界面力學性質評估,通常以直接剪力試驗和拉出試驗模擬。本研究就以模型拉出試驗(Pull-out test)為主題,研究廢輪胎加勁材應用於加勁檔土牆或邊坡之拉出行為與機制。所得成果並期望未來能再現地試驗加以驗證,並有效落實於加勁工法中,作為往後廢輪胎設計應用之參考依據。

In recent years the excessive environmental pollution because of global overexploitation and wastes makes global environmental quality worsen day by day, so the global various countries begin to pay attention about resource recovers category and the environmental protection question. If we could be reused a large number of the waste tires in engineering, not only can reduce waste handle problems, but also can effectively reduce the proprietor expense, that is really counts at one fell swoop. This research is reused waste tires as the reinforcement, and this is a new way of reinforcement to include both of the hard and soft property, by the waste tires after extra work. The interaction at the interface between geosynthetics and soil was always major develop by interlock effect. The soil and reinforcement to determine by the mechanical properties that is usually used direct shear test and pull-out test. This research regards Pull-out model test as the theme, and to research waste tires in the reinforcement, and that is applied to reinforce wall or the slope concering pull out behavior and mechanism. The resulting achievement to expect that can proving by field test in the future, and implement it in reinforce engineering effectively, and hope this research can be the waste tires reference as well as design the reference basis in the future.
