桃園縣國中兼任行政教師之工作壓力及幸福感關係之研究

A Study on Relationship between Job Stress and Well-being among Junior High School Teachers with Administrative Position in Taoyuan County

摘要


本研究目的旨在瞭解桃園縣國中兼任行政教師工作壓力與幸福感之現況與兩者之關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以便利取樣方式,抽取桃園縣31所公立國中,共379位國中兼任行政教師,共得有效問卷367份,回收率達97%。研究者將蒐集之問卷資料,以描述性統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe及LSD事後考驗法、Pearson積差相關以及逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,本研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣國中兼任行政教師的「整體工作壓力」感受程度屬中等程度,其中以「政策變革適應」層面感受為最高。 二、桃園縣國中兼任行政教師的「整體幸福感」屬中上程度,其中以「人際關係」層面感受為最高。 三、不同「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「任教年資」、「兼任行政年資」、「兼任行政職務」及「學校規模」之桃園縣國中兼任行政教師工作壓力有顯著差異;而不同「性別」、「最高學歷」及「服務處室」則無顯著差異。 四、不同「性別」、「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「任教年資」、「兼任行政年資」及「兼任行政職務」之桃園縣國中兼任行政教師幸福感有顯著差異;而不同「最高學歷」、「服務處室」及「學校規模」則無顯著差異。 五、桃園縣國中兼任行政教師工作壓力與幸福感二者為負相關,其中以工作壓力「專業能力」層面與幸福感「自尊需求」層面相關性為最高。 六、桃園縣國中兼任行政教師工作壓力「專業能力」層面對其幸福感具有預測力。 最後根據上述之研究結論,提出具體建議,以作為教育主管機關、教師和未來研究者之參考。

The purpose of this study is to examine job stress and well-being of junior high school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan County. Moreover, to explore the relationship between their job stress and well-being is also a magnificent point of this study. The study was conducted mainly by means of questionnaire survey. 367 valid samples from 31 public junior high schools were successfully collected in Taoyuan County. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Following are the main results of this study: 1.The job stress of junior high school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan County is classified as medium low. The “reformation of education” aspect got the highest score, while the “interpersonal relationship” aspect got the lowest score. 2.The well-being of junior high school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan County is classified as medium high. The “interpersonal relationship” aspect got the highest score, while the “physical mental health” aspect got the lowest score. 3.There was significant difference in junior high school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan County on job stress in terms of different teachers’ age, marriage, years of service, position and the scale of school. 4.There was significant difference in junior high school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan County on well-being in terms of different teachers’ gender, age, marriage, years of service and position. 5.There was medium negative correlation between job stress and well-being among junior high school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan County. 6.The job stress of junior high school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan County could predict teachers’ well-being, especially in “professional knowledge.” Based on the research conclusions, concrete suggestions were proposed to the educational administrations, junior high school teachers, and the subsequent researchers.
