高中職餐飲管理科輪調式建教合作班學生職場實習滿意度之研究 以雲嘉地區餐飲管理科學生為例

A Study of Satisfaction in Working Place for Students From Food and Beverage Department Cooperative Education Vocational High School -For Example around Yunlin and Chiayi Area

摘要


建教合作是結合學校教育與工作崗位的一項訓練,能有效開發人力資源,餐飲管理科學生在接受三年學校教育及業界建教合作後,若畢業後未能投入產業,將造成教育資源浪費。因此本研究嘗試找出影響高職餐飲管理科建教生,校外實習滿意度的主要因素,分析各項因素構面對學生滿意度的影響效果,比較不同背景特質學生在學習滿意度上是否存在顯著的差異性,並根據研究結果提出結論與建議,以供技職教育學校、學生與業界推動校外實習制度之參考。以雲嘉地區參與輪調式建教合作班之高職餐飲科學生進行問卷調查,採用便利抽樣發放350份問卷,有效樣本為280份,有效樣本為80%。研究結果發現:1.「工作內容」、「學校輔導」、「單位制度」與「實習環境」四個構面是影響高職餐飲科教建生校外實習滿意度的主要因素;2.四個影響因素均對「整體滿意度」與「推薦意願」有顯著正向影響效果;3.「學校輔導」對「實務經驗」與「就業幫助」有顯著正向影響效果;4.「工作內容」對「實務經驗」與「就業幫助」有顯著負向影響效果;5.均以「學校輔導」的影響效果最大。6.不同「年級」在「整體滿意度」與「推薦意願」評價上有顯著差異;7.不同「實習單位」在「推薦意願」與「就業幫助」上有顯著差異。

With the growth of the flourishing industry of tour and sightseeing, the need of more new energy has been becoming urgent. The education and training involved are now the main issues as well. We have beening trying hard to learn and analyze the factors that lead to satisfaction of the students from the construct and education cooperative program with the internship in the business involved with Hospitality. Whether or not different backgrounds such as families and schools have been the key factors resulting in different levels of satisfaction, that is what this study is figuring out. Education resources would go wasted if a certain number of the students made their decisions and drop out of the hospitality-related business. It has been believed that the construct cooperative program is a basic provider that trains skillful laborers and workers or even talents for both the industry and the country. What it is we are working on will hopefully be helpful for the official authorities from the government. Vocational high schools and the industrial business in the field when plans are being made and recommendation come to mind. The survey has been widely conducted among a large numbers of vocational high schools in Yunling and Chiayi areas. It turns out that: First, four key factors are the main reasons why or why not the internship is satisfying. They are: the content of the job or the task itself. Assistance from school. systematic tradition and the working environment. Second, these four factors all have great influence on satisfaction about jobs and being willing to share. Third, assistance from school has positive influence on practical experience and hunting four jobs. Four, the content of the job, on the other hand, has negative influence on practical experience and hunting for another job. Five, assistance from school plays the most important role on the whole. Six, satisfaction about jobs and will ingress to share obviously vary among junior and senior graders. Seven, different working units reveal various willingness to share.
