台灣的傳統「辦桌產業」是個重要且具有代表性的傳統文化,亦是重要的經濟活動。辦桌產業在通路上到目前為止仍舊以「口耳相傳」為最大的行銷通路,透過顧客口耳相傳、親朋好友推薦、透過員工介紹、熟人推薦及業者的口碑來創造自行的業績,故關係的運用是非常重要。因此,本研究是由辦桌產業業者與員工的關係網絡及同儕關係之觀點出發,來探討影響關係績效之關鍵因素。 本研究採立意抽樣法,共回收222份問卷,使用描述性統計、因素分析、相關分析、結構方程模型,分析關係網絡對關係績效的影響,並探討同儕關係與情緒智能之間接影響效果。研究結果發現,(1)個人關係網絡對同儕關係有顯著的影響效果;(2)關係網絡對情緒智能會有顯著的影響效果;(3)關係網絡對關係績效會有顯著的影響效果;(4)同儕關係對情緒智能會有顯著的影響效果;(5)同儕關係對關係績效會有顯著的影響效果;(6)情緒智能對關係績效會有顯著的影響效果。
Banzhuo industry is not just an important, representative and traditional Taiwanese culture, but also an important economic resource in Taiwan. The most influential marketing channel to Banzhuo industry is still by word-of-mouth, such as customers, relatives, friends, employees to others. Moreover, Guanxi must be considerable in Banzhuo industry as the employer need to promote their performance by others’ recommendation. Therefore, this research investigated the influence of guanxi and peer relationship on guanxi performance by viewpoint of Banzhuo employers and employees. This study used purposive sampling, 221 were valid samples which appropriate for further analysis. Demographic analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and SEM were used to examine the data. After integrating the results of the empirical analysis, the findings of the study are as follows: (1) Individual guanxi are significant influence peer relationship. (2) Guanxi are significant influence emotional intelligence. (3) Guanxi are significant influence gaunxi performance. (4) Peer relationship are significant influence emotional intelligence. (5) Peer relationship are significant influence guanxi performance. (6) Emotional intelligence are significant influence guanxi performance.
