This study evaluated the customer satisfaction toward filed-catered wedding banquets in Tainan County of Taiwan area. The effects of consumers’ characteristics were also evaluated. Convenient sampling was employed in this study. Six hundred questionnaires were given and 85.5% were returned. Results indicated that the “sanitation of equipments”, “ambience”, “product quality”, and “field environment” acquired significant influences upon the overall satisfaction. Several consumer characteristics also had significant influences on the overall satisfaction toward field-catered wedding banquets.
