應用品質機能展開進行數位相框功能創新設計之研究

摘要


隨著數位科技的進步與發達,數位相片成為影像主流,依科技產業資訊室報導,全球數位相框年複合成長率高達58.6%,為數位相框帶來莫大商機,促使廠商積極投入研發,以期取得市場優勢與地位。本研究企圖運用品質機能展開法發展數位相框之創新功能,提供廠商在開發設計之參考。本研究經由文獻探討、專家訪談、專家會議和問卷調查,並經層級分析計算與品質機能展開等過程,建構與形塑出數位相框之創新功能,基此,本研究獲致結果如下: 一、消費者關注數位相框之簡易的操作模式、相容性、具有播放影片及音樂等功能,其關注程度排序為14項功能中之前三項。 二、設計者因應客戶需求之優先設計要項為觸控式面板、圖像操作設計、多元播放模式設計,其排序為18項設計品質要素中之前三項。 三、消費者關注的功能與設計者的設計要素有高度的對應現象,例如消費者優先考量之簡易操作模式對應設計要素之前三項:觸控式面板、圖像操作模式、多元撥放模式設計。 四、數位相框之創新功能超越競爭產品之功能七項之多,如具有「可以直接列印掃描」、「電子書或電子書包功能」、「具有GPS功能」、「具有投影及錄影功能」、「具有輸入功能(行事曆、編輯相片名稱)」、「選擇背景、背景搭配相片及相片撥放速度功能」、「提供下載更新內建背景影像之服務」等。 五、品質機能展開搭配層級分析法運用,可以客觀地瞭解客戶需求,進而開發出具有市場性之創新產品。

As digital technology develops and progresses, digital photos have become the image mainstream. According to the data of ITIS (Industry & Technology Intelligence Service ) Industry Analysis, the CAGR of digital photo frames worldwide has achieved 58.6%, bringing in enormous commercial opportunities for digital photo frames. Thus, vendors are prompted to invest in R&D actively, in order to attain market advantages and positions. This study intends to explore the innovative functions of digital photo frames by means of QFD, to provide vendors with reference for development and design. Through literature review, expert interview, expert meeting, and questionnaire, and by means of the processes such as AHP and QFD, the innovative functions of digital photo frames are constructed and shaped in this study. The results are shown as follows: 1. Consumers pay attention to digital photo frames’ simple operational mode, compatibility, and the function of playing movies and music; the three rank the top three items with greatest attention degree among the 14 functions. 2. To respond to customer needs, the prioritized quality requirements for designers are: touch panel, image operation design, and diversified play mode design; the three rank the top three items in the 18 design quality elements. 3. A high homologous phenomenon appears between the consumers’ attention to simple manipulation mode and the designers’ design quality in touch panel, image operation design, and diversified play mode design. 4. The innovative functions of digital photo frames surpass the functions of benchmarking products in 7 items, such as “able to print and scan directly”, “function of digital book or digital satchel”, “having GPS function”, “having projection and video-recording function”, “having input function (calendar, editing photo titles)”, “function of selecting the backgrounds, the backgrounds combined with photos, and the speed for photo playing”, and “service of providing downloads to update the embedded background images”. 5. The application of QFD combined with AHP can provide precise understanding of customer needs, so as to develop innovative products with marketability and marketing status.
