角色楷模對專業教師生涯歷程之影響研究

摘要


本研究以質的分析方式探討角色楷模對研究參與者生涯歷程之影響。研究對象為六名專業教師,經半結構式的訪談之後,以紮根理論(Grounded theory)質的分析方式進行訪談逐字稿的分析,並參考生涯發展理論、社會學習論中的觀察學習,及相關實徵研究,建立一假設性的角色楷模對專業教師生涯歷程影響之階層模式。經意義單元的編碼及核心類別的發展步驟之後,階層模式中的最底部,包括生涯決定、自我信心、教育概念、問題解決、學習態度、開朗個性、自我負責、自我獨立、人格特質影響、人際溝通、教師正向形象建立等種種因素;模式最頂端為自我認同、專業認同、人我關係三大因素。未來可針對此一模式作進一步的實徵驗證。

The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of role models on teacher’s career development in Taiwan. The semi-structured interview was applied to interview six teachers. The grounded theory methodology was used as a foundation to analyze the interview data. A hierarchical theoretical model was generated after the data were analyzed. At the top of the model are three broad categories: (1)family and social relationship, (2)professional identity, and (3)self identity. At the foundation of this model were twelve core categories: family relationship, social interaction, educational philosophy, teacher’s image, career decision, learning attitude, responsibility and diligent, self-confidence, problem solving, self adjustment, independence, and optimistic personality. Future study will be needed to further strengthen this model.
