以NBA經營與制度探討臺灣籃球職業化之發展

摘要

【目的】本研究目的旨在探討美國職業籃球運動的經營方式與主要制度，並藉由瞭解其成功經營方式與完善健全的制度，找出國內SBL可參考的方式，並擬出SBL邁向職業化的策略。【方法】本研究採用文獻分析法瞭解美國職業籃球組織並比較其與國內籃球組織之差異；輔以深度訪談法訪談國內SBL球團的相關人員及學者專家擬出SBL邁向職業化的策略。【分析方式】所蒐集到的資料經編碼分類後加以歸類、命名。【結果】從NBA的組織管理體系、經營收入、後備人才培養與法規制度等四個面向發現，一個統籌單位的形成，對於職業運動發展有相當的影響。相較於臺灣，組織的分權不均、門票與權利金收入分配所產生的問題，都深深影響著SBL的發展，而後備人才的培養與法規的制訂都是職業運動所不可欠缺的要素。而除了這四個面向外，球員管理、場館問題、屬地主義、利益資源分配問題也都是SBL目前所遭遇到的問題。【建議】國內籃球如要有更好的發展，籃協與委員會的權責須加以釐清，且在收入分配方面也要有所區分，如能將制度明朗化，相信臺灣籃球必將走入另一個高峰。

This study was aimed to discuss the management and main regulations in National Basketball Association in USA. By means of NBA experience, to find out the strategies that can be adopted by SBL. Moreover, interview the staff of teams, researchers and experts in this field to figure out the way how the SBL become professional and make the domestic basketball game evergreen. Method: in-depth interview and documentary analysis were adopted to know the difference among profession organizations by reference and investigation from researcher. When realized the organization, management, income, back up human resource and regulations, this study found out that a governing unit had great impact on development of professional sport. To compare with Taiwan, problems of unbalanced empowerment in organization and profit sharing had influenced SBL deeply. Therefore, if a well-structured organization and system sharing of resource can be established, basketball in Taiwan will become professional sport.
