領導型態對虛擬團隊人際互動暨效能之影響程度

A Study of Leadership Style with Virtual Team Member’s Interpersonal Interaction and Performance Influence Effect

摘要


MCI WorldCom在2001年對大型企業(至少500員工)作勞動力調查,結果指出高達61%的員工從事虛擬團隊的工作或是在虛擬團隊中工作(Zhang et al, 2006)。領導者的領導風格將會直接影響虛擬團隊產出品質的好壞,更攸關組織的興亡問題。本研究使用敘述性統計分析樣本的人口統計特性,透過次數分配來描述資料分佈情形,藉以了解抽樣樣本之結構特性。根據Hinlke, William, 與 Stemphen(1982)對相關係數的強度解釋,探討各變數相關之情形。透過多變量分析作用,在於可同時考驗k組自變數在二個以上依變數上是否有所差異。基於兩變項間的線性關係,透過迴歸方程式的建立與考驗,來驗證變數間的關係。發現人際互動的確對此三個變數有顯著的影響,並顯示出人際互動越高的確有助於提升工作滿意度、工作績效與團隊承諾。另外,由於本研究是以本研究採用Lipnack 與 Stamps(1999)依照空間距離所提出的虛擬團隊分類方式,超過130公尺就屬於虛擬團隊形式。因此,本研究以國內外設有分公司並與其他分公司往來之部門為研究對象,強調個人及團隊層次而非團體虛擬化程度層次。因此,將可能全面反應出團隊領導分別與人際互動、團隊效能之間的關係。

MCI WorldCom conducted a labor force survey on companies with 500 employees or more, the results pointed out that 61% of the employees wither work in a virtual team environment or work in one of the virtual teams (Zhang et al, 2006). Leader's leadership style will be able to affect the hypothesized team to deliver the quality directly the quality, matter organization's rise and fall question. Of empty harmoniously maintains the harmony for the surface on, under the floor is concealing the disagreement actually, places in this empty harmonious condition the human, can utilize each harmony way to attempt to melt the disagreement, take transforms tolerance strength as the solid belt empty harmony or the expanded disagreement, maintains on the surface the harmony. The leadership potency contains individual achievements, the association achievements as well as the organization pledges three kind of achievements targets. This research use narrative statistical analysis sample population statistic characteristic, the penetration number of times assignment describes the material distribution situation, so as to structure of characteristic understanding sampling sample. According to explained to the correlation coefficient intensity that, discusses situation of the various variables correlation. Therefore, this research take domestic and foreign is equipped with department of the subsidiary company and with the other subsidiary company intercourse as the object of study, but emphasizes individual and the team level the non-association virtualization degree level. Will be possible to respond comprehensively the team leads separately with between the interpersonal interactions, the team potency relations. Discovered the interpersonal interaction compares accurately this three variables to have the remarkable influence, and demonstrated the interpersonal interaction is higher indeed conducive toward favor promotes individual achievements, the team achievements and the team pledged.
