PET塑膠回收再利用之環境足跡探討

摘要


台灣近年環保意識抬頭,不僅重視環保問題也關心全球氣候變遷及溫室氣體暖化議題且積極推行「節能減碳」,且帶動各大知名企業自發性配合,從檢視自家產品開始,透過產品生命週期的循環方式,由源頭的原物料使用,至產品在消費者使用結束後,產品不再只是走向廢棄一途,取而代之為產品再生酯粒循環再利用製成其他再生塑膠產品。 根據產品循環再利用觀點,本研究利用PET塑膠回收後處理至再生酯粒之作業模式盤查碳足跡及水足跡。在碳足跡方面主要為:前置作業、回收再生作業二階段,並依據ISO14040系列標準之生命週期評估原則與架構,探討再生酯粒在其整體生命週期中溫室氣體排放量,就盤查與分配之計算結果,整體溫室氣體排放量總計依序分為北區-亞東創新發展股份有限公司304.89 kgCO2e/ton、中區-臺灣瑞曼迪斯股份有限公司(南崗廠)251.47 kgCO2e/ton、南區-尚穩環保科技股份有限公司(台南廠)243.83 kgCO2e/ton;在水足跡方面區分為:藍水足跡、灰水足跡二階段,因部分數據收集不易,結果整體僅以亞東創新發展股份有限公司為例243.44m3。 本研究係以PET塑膠容器再生利用原則,進行碳足跡及水足跡之盤查研究,在碳足跡盤查前置作業中,忽略個體業者等運輸方式所產生之溫室氣體排放,在水足跡部分,無法順利取得各家數據計算,故建議在未來可藉由相關單位建立資料庫方式,進而促使資訊公開化,使盤查結果運用更貼近事實,使PET塑膠再生酯粒運用發展更符合環保再利用效益。

Recently, Taiwan's environmental awareness raising, not only attach importance to environmental issues are also concerned about global climate change and greenhouse gas warming issues and actively promote " energy conservation & carbon reduction” , bring spontaneity with various famous companies, view their products from the beginning, through the product life cycle assessment of the cycle way, from source of the raw materials used to the consumer using the product, the product is no longer just a way to waste, instead regeneration ester grain recycle products made from other recycled plastic products. According to product recycling, the research using PET plastic recycling operation mode to the regeneration of the ester capsules into the carbon footprint and water footprint, and investigated the northern, central and southern regions, such as the three treatment plants. In terms of carbon footprint mainly is divided into two-stage:pre-processing and recycling. According to ISO14040 series of standards of life cycle assessment principles and framework, discussion of reproduction ester grain overall GHG emissions in the life cycle. Calculate the inventory and distribution of results, total greenhouse gas emissions in the overall sequence of the northern- Oriental Resources Development Co., Ltd.: 304.89 kgCO2e/ton, the central- Taiwan Rehman Diss Co., Ltd.(Nangang factory): 251.47 kgCO2e/ton, the southern-Sunny Environmental Consultants, Ltd.( Tainan factory): 243.83 kgCO2e/ton. Water footprint is divided into blue water footprint and gray water footprint two-stages. but some of the data collected difficulty, the results as a whole only Oriental Resources Development Co., Ltd. as an example 243.44m3. As the research of PET plastic containers recycling principle interrogated research of the carbon footprint and water footprint. In carbon footprint part, ignore the pre-processing GHG emissions generated by transport. In the water footprint part, not successfully obtain data calculation. It is suggested that in the future may be associated in establishing a database manner, thereby promoting the information public. Let interrogation results closer to the fact, to make PET plastic of the ester capsules regeneration to develop more environmentally friendly recycling benefits.
