宜蘭的後殖民空間研究-以《宜蘭厝》為例

摘要


地理位置孤獨處於台灣東北之宜蘭在結束日本殖民統治之後,經歷國民黨-民進黨-國民黨的政黨輪替。就在這樣的時空背景之下,宜蘭一再地被塑造、蹂躪,卻不因「殖民者」的遠離而在空間文化上真正建立自我認同。後殖民研究係指殖民體制建立後與瓦解後的文化影響,其目的在瓦解中心/邊緣的壓迫,體現在擺脫中心或是抵抗殖民文化的宰制。在面對宜蘭特殊的歷史以及獨特的地理空間,如何藉著重新書寫「殖民經驗」喚起「共同歷史記憶」,而發現宜蘭的「本質」,探尋「宜蘭複數的根」而回歸認同,進而重構宜蘭真正的主體性與地方性。 宜蘭自1981年陳定南開啟綠色執政後,續位的游錫堃政府也承接了80年代的菁英主義,在面對宜蘭長期的不發展狀態採以更激進的手段長期殖民宜蘭,以民族神話式的「文化政策」捏造宜蘭成為優聖美地的烏托邦想像,但終究不能停止人口發狂似的外流,也產生無數擁有流離失所、矛盾與混雜的身份個體。宜蘭厝就是一種民族式的幻想實踐,而藉著地方風格的探尋塑造著宜蘭同質性的地方風格。然而近年來文化政策的失利與民進黨在宜蘭的敗選,似乎象徵著後殖民時代的高潮已去,宜蘭的民居風格將是面臨再一次的殖民還是繼續承受多元文化的複雜挑戰。

Located at Taiwan northeast's I-Lan after finishing Japan's colonial rule has experienced the Kuomintang-Democratic Progressive Party-Kuomintang's political party change. Under such space and time background, I-Lan is molded and devastated repeatedly, actually does not have, because the “colonialist” is far away, but establishes the true identity in the space and the culture. Postconolial studies the cultural influence after the cononial system established and disintegrated, its goal is to eliminate the center to the edge the oppression, by getting rid of the center or resisting conolial culture domination. Facing the I-Lan special history and unique geography space, how to arouse “the common historical memories” by rewriting “cononial experience” to discover the I-Lan “essence” and inquire about that “the most I-Lan root” returns the identity and then restructure I-Lan real subjectivity and placeness. In 1981 Chen Ding-nan has opened I-Lan green polotics, continued the position the Yu Shyi-kun government also to continue the 80’s eltism. Facing the long-term I-Lan non-development's condition, they picked a more radical method to colonize I-Lan. They fabricated I-Lan by nationalist “the cultural policy” to become the superior saint beautiful place the utopia imagination but eventually cannot stop the population going crazy flow out. It also produced countless homeless, ambivalent and hybrid individual. I-Lan House is one kind of nationalist fantasy practice by inquiring about the placeness process molding the I-Lan homogeneous placeness style. However as a result of recent years culture policy unfavorable situation and Democratic Progressive Party elected in I-Lan defeat as if symbolizes the postcononial period high tide to go. I-Lan placeness style will face colonization again or continues to withstand the multicultural the complex challenge.
