液態高分子塗層固化膜之機械性質研究

摘要


在本實驗過程中,我們針對四種金油(66金油、TR金油、尼龍金油加平坦劑、尼龍金油不加平坦劑)進行表面形貌量測、塗膜厚度量測、奈米壓痕試驗、奈米刮痕試驗、塗膜平均應力分析等機械性質研究,藉以測試四種金油是否因為塗層塑膠射出件,導致應力過大而使塑膠射出件破裂甚至斷裂之情形,並經由改變製程參數來改善平均應力,由實驗結果得知,添加平坦劑雖然具有能夠提升塗膜平坦性並使硬度提高等優點,但是添加平坦劑卻會導致摩擦係數的提升及使應力提高等不良影響,對於應力提高的不良影響而言,可能就是影響產品龜裂、甚至斷裂的情形。從應力數據分析結果顯示,塗膜前尼龍金油溶劑揮發時間越長,其應力也越小,而隨著固化烘乾溫度的降低,應力也跟著降低,且放置室溫下7天後再分析一次,發現溶劑有適當揮發的尼龍金油所測得之應力均下降,而固化烘乾溫度的降低,對其降低應力有一定之效果,但放置室溫下7天後應力不再下降。

Clear varnish is frequently used to make the plastic object surface brighter. However, it sometimes makes the spectacle frame crack. In our research, four different clear varnishes (code 66, TR, Nylon with or without flat agent) are coated on the surface of polycarbonate (PC) material in order to observe the variation of the surface morphology, film thickness, hardness, scratch and residual stress properties. Results show that the addition of flat agent can improve the surface flatness characteristics, as well as higher hardness. However, it will also increase the surface friction coefficient and film stress. It shows the reason why the PC spectacle frame would sometime crack after the application of Nylon clear varnish with flat agent in it. The film stress would reduce after 7 days placed in atmospheric condition. Moreover, lower curing temperature would also lower the film stress.
