對於改善工作滿意度之題目已被研究過很多年,但是對於越南銀行員工在有助於對工作滿意度的因素的研究卻有限。本論文指出在越南銀行員工滿意度的影響因素以及缺乏與建設性的知識。線上問卷調查發放給210名銀行的員工,其透過任意抽樣的方法來進行調查。本論文的研究方法為:變異數分析,克隆巴赫係數,因素分析,線性回歸。結果顯出國家銀行的員工對工作滿意度比合資股份公司高。本論文建設成功滿意度的六個因素之模式以及二十五項目。而且本論文確定後來的工作條件、升職機會、工作性質及附加福利會正面性的影響至工作滿意度的程度。
The issue of improving job satisfaction has been researched over years. However, the studies on the factors contributing to job satisfaction in Vietnam banks is very limited. This study contributes to the gap of knowledge by exploring the factors affecting banking employee’s job satisfaction in Vietnam. The online quantitative survey are conducted by 210 bank’s employees through non-probability convenience sampling method. The study then performs the ANOVA test, Cronbach’s α assessment test, factor analysis, linear regression analysis. The results show that employees in state-owned commercial banks are significantly more satisfied with job than those in joint venture banks. The study has successfully constructed the scale of 6 satisfaction factors with 25 items. Moreover, the study determines that working condition, promotion opportunity, the nature of works, and fringe benefits subsequently have a positive impact on level of job satisfaction.
