The study "The impact of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee loyalty in Vietnam" aims to show the impact of transformational leadership, job satisfaction on employee loyalty, the relationships among transformational leadership, job satisfaction and employee loyalty. Based on theories related to transformational leadership, job satisfaction, employee loyalty, the relationship between them and research hypotheses. Carrying out descriptive research by quantitative method with 303 responses from employees working at small and medium enterprises in Ha Noi, Vietnam. The thesis uses the software SPSS 26 to evaluate, test the scale and the hypotheses. As a result, transformational leadership, job satisfaction significantly predicts employee loyalty, transformational leadership partially significantly predicts employee loyalty and job satisfaction and job satisfaction significantly predicts on employee loyalty (0.836).
