系統分析師必備能力與條件之研究

摘要


在目前企業環境中,企業為了提升組織內部能力與總體績效,所以大量的使用各種資訊系統。而在開發建置這些資訊系統的基礎上,除須滿足使用者個人習慣與經驗外,更須切合企業流程與作業上的需求,方能使資訊運用的總體效能達到最高。為此,在資訊系統建立過程中,除了軟體人員的軟體撰寫外,最重要的是,充分掌握與反應企業與使用者總體需求之系統建構。 目前在國內資訊管理學系所中,雖有提供各項有關系統分析之課程。但在輕忽實作與經驗導向之教學方式下,學生大都無法深刻了解系統分析之功能及其工作實務。加上,此等專業工作不僅須具備軟體書寫經驗與布局能力外,更須了解企業整體組織運作;同時,更須掌握與設計系統總體面貌。因此,這樣的人才不僅學校不易養成,即使在企業中也難以培訓。 為了了解系統分析師的必備能力與條件有哪些,本論文將分為6階段來進行研究,其中,階段1之訂定研究主題與目的,用來說明研究動機與目的。階段2之進行文獻探討,則將回顧文獻,作為之後本研究之基礎;階段3之建立研究架構、選擇研究方法,則透過使用質性研究的研究方法,如焦點團體法及深度訪談法。階段4之進行深度訪談,則進行訪談的開始。階段5之蒐集之資料分析與整理、回顧文獻,對於完成資料收集彙整及比較分析,進而能解釋產生此現象之因來了解受訪者為何會如此的真正原因。。階段6之提出結論與提出本研究意涵,將說明本研究之成果,並提出建議及研究成果之管理意涵。 也藉由本論文,歸納出系統分析師的必備能力與條件,除了透過教育訓練來培訓系統分析師的技術以及能力之外,在系統分析師的養成程序與階段也必須要具備哪些工作態度以及特點,進而對於系統分析師的自我實現以及工作地位有所提升。 關鍵詞:系統分析師、必備能力與條件、養成程序與階段

Therefore, such a talent not only the school is not easy to develop, even though it is difficult to train in the enterprise. In order to understand the essential capabilities of the systems analyst and conditions, this paper will be divided into six stages of the research, Phase 1, set the themes and purposes, used to describe the motivation and purpose. Stage 2 of literature is literature review, as after the study; stage 3 to establish a research framework to select the research methods, through the use of qualitative research methods such as focus group and depth interviews. Stage 4 in-depth interviews, the beginning of the interview. Phase 5 of the collected data analysis and summary of the literature review, for the completion of data collection and comparative analysis, and thus can arise in the interpretation of this phenomenon is due to come to understand why the respondents would be so real reason. . Stage 6 with its conclusions and put forward the implications of this study will illustrate the results of this study and put forward the managerial implications of the recommendations and research. By this paper, summed up the necessary capacity and conditions of the systems analyst, in addition to training through education and training technology, and capacity of the systems analyst, systems analyst to develop procedures and stages must have what kind of work attitudes and characteristics.
