摘要

本文旨在通過可持續發展研究創新發展和充分經濟哲學對企業績效的影響，並考察政府支持，企業績效與可持續發展之間的關係。 此外，研究目標包括確定適度，合理，自我免疫，知識和道德在泰國經營業績之間的關係的類型。
由於農業是泰國長期以來對泰國經濟產生巨大影響的骨乾和重要組成部分之一，農業是勞動力屬於平均趨勢的多數已經下降了一段時間。但是，農業勞動力仍然貧困和貧困，但技術仍然快速發展。技術和創新成為幫助和模擬易於達到的勞動力和提高生產力和質量的機器。為了適應這種需求，建立了Sililuck的框架，建立了外部節制，合理，自我免疫，知識和道德的充分經濟哲學的概念。提出了創新發展與自給經濟的框架，希望能夠獲得更好的經營業績和可持續發展的清晰畫面。本研究通過泰國的調查問卷
收集，僅關注農業工作者。一般來說，研究結果表明，創新展的各個變量對充足經濟的適度，合理，自我免疫，知識，道德都有正向影響。此外，創新發展和政府支持對業績有積極的影響。
研究證明，創新發展，自給經濟與政府支持對創業績效的關聯性，創造了企業實現可持續發展的能力。

This thesis is to examine the impact of innovation development and philosophy of sufficiency economy on business performance through sustainable development and also investigate the relationship of government support, business performance, and sustainable development. Furthermore, the research objective involved determining the type of relationship between moderation, reasonable, self-immunity, knowledge, and morality on business performance in Thailand.
As the agriculture is the backbone and one of the important part of Thailand for a long time that has huge impact to the Thai economy. Agriculture is one of the majority that labor force belongs to even trend has been decreasing by period of time. However, labor force in agriculture industrial still poor and poverty, but technology still rapidly fast develop. Technology and innovation came to be the machine to help and simulate the work force by easy to reach and increase productivity and quality. To meet this demand, building on Sililuck’s framework, concepts of external moderation, reasonable, self-immunity, knowledge, and morality of philosophy of sufficiency economy are established. The framework of innovation development and sufficiency economy is presented and hope to get the clear picture for gaining the better business performance and sustainable development. This study is collected through survey questionnaire in Thailand and focus only who work in agriculture industry. Generally, The results of the research showed that all variables in the innovation development has positive influence upon the moderation, reasonable, self-immunity, knowledge, morality of the sufficiency economy. Furthermore, innovation development and government support have positive influence upon the business performance.
The study proves that the relevance of the innovation development, sufficiency economy and government support approach in finding business performance, which is created on the firm’s capabilities for achieve sustainable development.
