腳踏車花鼓製程分析與傳送模具設計

摘要


本研究之腳踏車用花鼓所應用到的技術範圍為多道次引伸及沖切複合傳送沖模技術,本文所提出之研究方法適合於連續模具甚難加工之製品及各型同時需要引伸與沖孔工程之產品,此技術具有對於製品形狀範圍限制較少的優勢。 利用傳送沖壓技術開發腳踏車用花鼓之產品,使用SPCC冷軋鋼板為開發模具之材料,來研究關於引伸成形製程及模具設計:首先針對成品之尺寸歸納出設計重點,探討其引伸成形之可行性,再參考板金引伸成形及模具設計相關文獻,將蒐集之資料應用於花鼓模具設計上。 本研究採用板金成形分析軟體STAMP-ENGINEER做為輔助設計之工具,藉由CAE分析軟體確認各工程道次之製程參數,作為製程及模具設計重要之參考資料,進而有效減少實際測試、修模次數,達到降低成本之目的。 結果顯示,本研究之工程設計依據引伸率設計準則,共規劃為下料、引伸1、引伸2、引伸3、整形、沖孔、導角等共8道次。以STAMP-ENGINEER模擬軟體針對工程設計進行分析,顯示各道次胚料之設計具有可行性。依上述結果進行模具設計與製作,於實際引伸成形作業後將成品進行量測,結果成品尺寸符合原設計圖面要求,證明研究所設計之製程與模具設計為可行。

The technical scope of this study is applied to motorcycles hub for multi-channel extension and punching composite transmission die, this proposed method is suitable for continuous mold the Shennan processing of products and type at the same time extended and punching worksproducts, this technique has the advantage of less restrictive for the products shape range. Send stamping technology development bicycle with hub of the products, the use of the SPCC cold rolled steel plate for the development of mold materials, and to study summarized Drawing Process and Die Design: First, the dimensions of the finished product design focus, to explore the feasibility of its extension formingrefer to the extension of the sheet metal forming and die design literature, the collected data is applied to the hub mold design. In this study, the sheet metal forming analysis software, the STAMP-ENGINEER as a auxiliary design tools by CAE analysis software to confirm the engineering Road, followed by process parameters, as an important reference for the process and die design, thus effectively reducing the actual test, repair mode number ofto achieve the purpose of reducing costs. The results show that the engineering design of this study is based on the extension of rate design criteria has been planned for the next feeding, extension 1, extension 2, extension, shaping, punching, chamfers, etc. 8. The STAMP-ENGINEER simulation software for engineering design, analysis, show that the Road sub-billet design is feasible. Die design and production according to the above results, forming the actual extension of the job will be finished measurements, the results of the finished dimensions conform to the requirements of the original design drawings, to prove that the Institute's design process and mold design feasible.
