本論文之目的在於利用模態分析來探討高速感應馬達的共振問題,本文運用Cero Parametric繪圖軟體建構3-D實體模型,再匯入有限元素分析軟體ANSYS Workbench進行模態分析。主要探討高速感應馬達在運轉過程中振動情況,再利用其結果對高速感應馬達進行結構上的改良,使其在工作頻率下不會發生共振。 依據初期分析結果,去修改配重塊、迷宮蓋、轉軸長度等地方,修改後的分析結果可以得知,增加馬達的長度、零件的厚度會降低基礎頻率果;相對的,轉軸長度、零件厚度的縮短,則能夠提升基礎頻率。 最後基礎頻率有提升,但未能提升至目標頻率283.333 Hz,透過變更轉子、定子的材料,能獲得較高的基礎頻率。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the model of two high-speed induction motor. We used Cero Parametric cartography software to construct the 3-D solid model combined with finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench for analysis conducting modal analysis. The main purpose of this thesis is to reduce the vibration of the motor during operation and to improve its structure from resonance. Modifying counterweights, labyrinth cover, shaft length and other places by results of the initial analysis. From other analysis result we can know increasing motor length and parts thick making natural frequency to down. Relatively, shorten shaft length, parts thick making natural frequency to raise. Finally, natural frequency have raise but not reach goal frequency 283.333 Hz. Thought change the rotor and the stator material can obtain higher natural frequency.
