工廠設施佈置與成本效益分析-以汽車零件製造公司為例

摘要


良好的設施規劃是完善的『工廠設施佈置』重要關鍵之一,此舉能使此製程與製程間的物料搬運、人員移動時間縮短,不僅能使得員工能在輕鬆的工作環境下工作,並間接地增加了產量,也將為企業帶來利潤,對員工及企業可說是兩全其美。   受到景氣低迷與一例一休政策的衝擊,傳統產業人力缺乏,人事成本上升。為了在激烈的商業競爭中存活並且永續經營,而在本研究中探討苗栗某車材零件公司實際遭遇的問題。實際勘查現場,繪製出工廠平面佈置圖,了解公司機台的配置,並依照公司所提供的資料,繪製操作流程圖、流程程序圖與線圖,了解完整的生產流程。本研究運用設施佈置以及現場勘查,發現了生產流程中搬運路徑的重複、機台擺設擁擠和地板濕滑易導致職業災害等問題,因此對各問題提出解決方案,並對各方案進行成本效益分析。經過本研究分析之後,發現改善方案實施順序應為:方案2→方案1→方案3,則利潤每個月可增加116,000元,搬運距離縮短108.28(呎),作業時間縮短6.2(分)。

One of the key points to make the perfect “Facility Layout” is a well-planed layout which could shorten the time of material handling and personnel moving between the processes. The well-planed layout could not only enable employees to work under the relaxed environment but also to raise the output of production indirectly, which means that will bring the enormous profit to the company. For employees and company, this will create a win-win situation.   Insufficient manpower and rising personnel costs are affected by economic depression and one fixed day off and one flexible rest day. In order to survive and have a sustainable development, this research works on the problem, which the automotive parts manufacturer in MiaoLi has actually encountered.   After carrying out extensive field surveys, we drew a floor plan of the factory for the purpose of knowing the machine allocation in the factory. According to the information provided by the factory, made the operation flow sheet, flow process chart and line graph so as to realize the complete production flow. Doing facility layout and on-site perambulation, we found that the duplication of handling path, the crowed machine allocation, and slippery floor lead to cause some problems like occupational accident easily. We put forward the methods to each problem, and did the cost-benefit analysis for every alternative. In the process of analyzing, we found the best order of implementation of the improvement plan should be as follows: Alternative 2 →Alternative 1 →Alternative 3, the profit can be increased by 116,000 NTD per month, the handling distance is shortened by 108.28 (ft) and the operating time is reduced by 6.2 (min).
