自動鎖定式旋轉盤校正系統

摘要


隨著產業多樣化及量測設備高精度定位化的需求,旋轉軸的應用逐漸廣泛於各種產業。許多加工成品的精度會因旋轉軸的定位精度而造成影響,進而凸顯旋轉軸角度定位精度之重要性。 本論文提出一旋轉盤校正系統,用於校正旋轉盤之角度定位。系統包括:角度定位量測系統、直流馬達、反射鏡。使旋轉盤轉動一角度,而角度定位量測系統回授一訊號至PID控制器,由PID控制器控制直流馬達,進而達到角度鎖定,再經由光學尺所量到之角度值進行校正旋轉盤。

With the diversity of industries and of high position accuracy of the measurement equipment, the application of rotation axis have been applied at various industries. The accuracy of many product will be impact of indexing accuracy. The positioning accuracy of rotation axis become more important. In this research, a calibration system of rotational table is proposed, use in calibrate the positioning accuracy of rotation table. The system includes angular positioning measurement system, brushless DC motor, reflector. Rotate an angle of rotation table, and the angular positioning measurement feedback a signal to PID controller, then controller control the brushless DC motor, thus achieving the locked angle. Use measured values of encoder to calibrate the rotation table.
