本論文主要目的是為了以HyperMesh、LS-Dyna等有限元素分析軟體來進行實例模擬分析應用,首先將立體拉伸試片模型的應力應變分析而進行比較之結果與斷裂口形狀,並以實際試驗的方式,將拉伸試驗後之結果紀錄,而應力-應變圖轉換成模擬所需之數據,應用Excel將數據換算工程應力、工程應變、真應力、真應變等,再返回有限元素分析軟體進行材料設定與測試,此方法主要是將實驗值,與數值分析值之間相互比較得到較合理性以及正確性,再以同樣的方式,將兒童安全座椅的檢測試驗的紀錄資料,與軟體模擬分析做比對,藉此減少兒童安座椅的實際檢測試驗次數,以達到降低研發成本。本研究使用軟體分別為前處理軟體HyperMesh,與CAE分析軟體LS-DYNA,分析前撞時向前式安全座椅結構動態試驗的衝擊受力情況,模型都是由3D繪圖軟體pro/e建立,再由前處理軟體HyperMesh,進行有限元素設定、材料性質設定、碰撞接觸設定、加速度設定、輸出條件設定等,再藉由LS-DYNA顯性求解器求解,分析兒童安全座椅整體受力情形,並與檢測試驗資料做對照,以降低開發成本與開發時間。
The purpose of this research study is to use HyperMesh, LS-Dyna finite element analysis software to the instance of the simulation analysis of some applications. First of all, stress and strain analysis of three-dimensional tensile specimen model was performed, and the results of the fracture mouth shape were compared. The actual procedures after the tensile test results record the stress - strain diagram to convert analog data required by Excel data. It converted engineering stress and engineering strain from true stress and true strain. The finite element analysis software required the materials, configuration and testing data. This method is performed between the experimental values and numerical values. One can obtain a more reasonable and correct CAE model. In the same way, one can combine the record of child safety seat testing data and software simulation solutions. They could be verified in order to reduce the number of actual testing and development costs. In this study, the preprocessing software HyperMesh was used to setup the required program cards, and the impact analysis was executed by the CAE analysis software LS-DYNA. The forward seat structural dynamic test models are sketched and assembled on 3D graphics software pro/e. The pre-processing software HyperMesh supported the finite element meshing, the material properties, the collision contact parameters, acceleration parameters, the setup of output conditions. By using the LS-DYNA explicit solver, the overall child safety seat dynamic impact simulation can be achieved in order to reduce the costs and time.
