摘要


本論文主要進行結合FlexRay通訊網路與輪鼓馬達控制之研究與分析,以建構油門線傳系統及達成油門線傳系統功能,其線控油門系統功能是將傳統由鋼索拉動油門節氣閥門的開合程度,改為透過電子訊號來控制。因此本論文透過結合FlexRay通訊協定與輪鼓馬達設計與分析其控制方法,對輪鼓馬達之同步與非同步的特性進行分析,並實現一個以FlexRay為通訊骨幹之車載油門線傳網路系統平台,規劃四個控制節點來完成線控油門的整合控制,以達成線控油門(Throttle-by-Wire)功能,進而驗證及評估FlexRay車載油門線傳網路系統之可行性和系統性能。

In this paper, the integration of FlexRay communication network and wheel motor control is analyzed and studied to implement the Throttle-by-Wire networking system. The throttle-by-wire system is proposed and designed to substitute the traditional pull-throttle cable by electronic signals to control the valve opening and closing of throttle. Therefore, the throttle-by-wire networking system is designed and implemented to control one pair of wheel motor based on FlexRay protocol to analyze the synchronous and asynchronous opetating functions of wheel motors. Moreover, the networking platform is proposed and developed to implement and test a vehicular Drive-by-Wire system, which uses FlexRay network as the backbone of data communication. This Throttle-by-Wire system is mainly integrated and networked by four ECU nodes to illustrate and evaluate the feasibility and functions of system performance on FlexRay communication network.
