以IDEF 模型化製造現場監控系統之研究 ---以微機電生產管制系統為例

摘要


面對半導體業在市場激烈的競爭壓力,以及愈來愈不明確的客戶需求與變動環境,若不能有效的提出改善方案,以提昇生產製造效率與下正確的決策與控制,來縮短供貨日期,相信在業界是很難有較好的競爭優勢的。所以重新檢討其作業流程,改造不合理的作業方式,就成為當前重點目標。所以為了提升對客戶的達交率,其所須的生產資訊與決策必須隨著客戶需求而變化,因此須有一套方法和工具將企業的流程完整表達出來,才能充分與使用者溝通使每位使用者了解公司內部流程全貌,有助於大家集思廣益、腦力激盪,不僅可以改善不良流程,相對的也可提供業者去做系統開發,有助於系統品質的提升。建置系統之重點方向如:(1) 在下線前可以建立產品生產流程所須的生產途程資料(2) 製造部門能夠依照建立的生產途程,將製造過程所產生的數據加以收集分析,以便及時有效掌握生產動態資訊;(3) 能夠快速調整產品生產途程,以滿足經常變動的客戶產品需求與製造現場的變化;(4)讓使用者可以馬上熟悉易懂的操作介面,不必考慮太多程式規則就能上線與維護,以縮短系統導入時間與降低成本負擔。 本論文針對上述需求:(1) 以IDEF1X 方法來建構以生產作業為中心的製造現場流程資料模式,藉由:(a) 生產工作站、基本製程,產品製程,現場資料搜集、監控生產流程進行所需的生產資料與決策,內容包括工程資料、設備、作業特性、法則等;(b) 客戶對產品的特殊要求,重新建立所須現場生產資料與決策,來達成可以彈性修正生產流程所需的現場生產資料與決策;(2)提出以此資料模式配合生產執行模組構成生產管制系統,用來監控現場生產流程的進行,以便及時掌握現場各種生產動態資訊;(3)建立以此資料模式為基礎,並結合本人公司生產管制系統之基本架構之應用實例。(4)並以IDEF0 方法描述的產品生產流程,如何對應到生產管制系統架構中的生產工作站、基本製程設定、產品途程、工單製程等,以縮短系統的導入時間。

Face the semiconductor industry in the keen competition pressure of the market, more and more indeterminate customer demand and changing environment,if could not effectively address the scheme of improvement,in order to raise the efficiency of manufacturing and make correct decision and control,to shorten the supply days,believe that it is very difficult that there is better competition advantage in the industry. So examine its manufacturing flow again,transform the unreasonable operation way,all those will become the key goals. So it is for raising the achievement rate for customer,its production information and decision must be changed with customer''s demand,so there must be a set of methods and tools to completely express the flow of enterprises,which could adequately make each users understanding the overall picture of the flow inside company,and contribute to pool the wisdom of the masses and brainstorming,can not merely improve the bad flow,also can offer industry itself to do more systematic development and which go toward the raising of systematic quality. The key direction of the construction system:(1) Before production,can set up the router information for the need of manufacturing flow (2) The manufacturing department can be according with the setup of router,collect and analyze the shop flow data that the manufacture process produces,in order to effectively master the dynamic information of production in time;(3) Can adjust the router of the products in a speedy manner to fit the ever changing product and environment needs; (4)Enable users to be familiar with and understand the operation interface without considering too many programming rules, in order to reduce the implementation duration and cost. This thesis is directed against above-mentioned demands:(1) As the centre by IDEF1X method, build and construct the Shop Floor Manufacturing Flow Data Model, which has the following features:(a) Workstation,general process and enhanced bill of manufacture (EBOMfr),shop flow manufacturing information collection, monitor the manufacturing information and decision which produces from the flow,including materials,equipment,special manufacturing criteria and rules;(b) Customer''s special demand for the products,will set up the shop floor manufacturing information and decision again,coming out the shop floor manufacturing information and decision to reach the revisable manufacturing process;(2)A WIP execution module integrates this data model to monitor and control the product manufacturing flow on the shop floor;(3)Set up and base on this data model,combine the application of the basic structure of controlling production system from my company. (4) IDEF0 modeling methodology for shop floor manufacturing flow can help users to clearly transform the manufacturing flow of IEDF0 to operate the workstation of the template of the production controlling system,general process, EBOMfr and work-order process,to reduce the implementation duration.
