在全球化的影響下,在地食物網絡的串連正如火如荼的進行與發展當中,而先前由於工業化、生產主義和政策不當下逐漸消失的小型農業生產者,近年來在全球化的多元發展中逐漸復甦,結合了文化創意產業而新生。其中的推手:消費者與生產者更扮演著積極正面的角色,在一個被制約的農業食物體系裡發揮自己的能動性,以自身的需求形成這股力量,進而推動一連串的行動與實踐,構成了一個包含多元理念的食物網絡。本研究以台中「合樸農學市集」為研究的田野,並進行深度訪談與參與觀察。研究中發現雖然消費者與生產者由於全球化帶來的高度風險性與抽離化機制而回歸到他們所信任、可監控的地方空間,但是他們並非固著在地方這個單一的空間之中,而是透過了電子網路、傳播通訊媒體等組成的流動空間互相認識位居多重空間中的社群成員,並藉此串連與擴大他們的生活經驗與能動性的影響。研究者以紮根理論分析訪談稿時,發現「信任」、「溝通」、「支持可改變生產的飲食消費」等概念一直圍繞在消費者的採買經驗與作為之中,這些因素同時成為了消費者與生產者彼此連結的關鍵,是本研究的核心議題。
Local food networks are actively developing under influence of globalization. In the past, small-scale agricultural producer systems gradual downfall because of development of industrialization, productivism and inappropriate policies have gradually recovered under the diversified development of globalization, and combined with the ideals of cultural creative industries to rebirth. In this context, consumers and producers have been constrained in the agri-food system, but they play a positive role. They use the agency of themselves with their demand for the formation of this force to promote a series of actions and practice, constitute a food network with multi-concepts. Fieldwork of this research was conducted in "Hope Market", and participant observation and in-depth interview was adopted. According to the findings, because of globalization has brought high degree of risk and disembedding mechanism consumers and producers return to their trust and the local space can be monitored, they are not fixing on the simple space, but through electronic networks, communication medias, these space of flows among the multiple space to know each other space in the community members, and to link up and expand their life experiences and influences of agent. Researcher analysis these interviews with grounded theory, found that "trust", "communication", "support actions of consumption can change food production " and so on have been around in consumers purchase experiences. At the same time, these factors also become the key links between consumers and producers, which is the study of core issues.
