農村酒莊產業發展策略之研究－以彰化縣二林鎮為例

摘要

在全球化的風潮下與台灣加入WTO後，經濟全球化、政治全球化與科技全球化在互動、連結與互相依賴的層面上的密集化，地方性不斷的遭受侵襲與挑戰。在此情況下台灣農村地區農民也遭受到衝擊，為了避免農民遭受龐大的衝擊唯有產業升級，由最初的一級產業轉換為二、三級產業，為使產業順利升級政府實行了一連串的配套輔導措施，其中以開放釀酒執照申請便是產業升級的第一步。
一個產業在初期規劃與計劃階段，普遍缺乏一套理性的策略思考系統，即匆促付諸執行，往往會導致在後續發展上，產生許多經營上的困難點。因此，本研究以Michael E. Porter 所提出之五力競爭模式為基礎，針對二林鎮農村酒莊產業之特性進行修正與調整，用以建立農村酒莊產業五力競爭階層體系。
接著運用AHP層級分析法求取上述所建立階層內容各項因子權重，用以了解二林鎮農村酒莊產業競爭壓力來源。本研究發現二林鎮農村酒莊產業的壓力來源前二強分別為，「替代品或服務的威脅」與「供應商的議價能力」。最後，運用上述資訊，針對二林地區農村酒莊產業提出可行之發展策略以供參考。

Under the agitation of globalization and the joining of WTO, Taiwan is challenged by globalization. In this situation, the peasantry of Taiwan countryside has incurred influence; however the industry upgrade is the only method to avoid such effect. In behalf of processing smoothly, the Government implements a series of assist measures, and the first step is to let the make-wine application license open to public access.
An industry which lacks rational tactic thinking scheme in the initial program stage will lead to occur numerous operation difficult. Therefore, this research is basis on the Competition Strategies of Michael E. Porter to aim at the features of Erlin Town rural wine villages to adjust and modulate, and then establish a competition system.
To realize the competitive pressure source in Erlin Town rural wine villages by applying AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process. This research finds out the top two pressure sources of Erlin Town rural wine villages are “the threat of substitute products” and “the bargaining power of suppliers”. Eventually, manipulating above information to provide workable development strategies for Erlin Town rural wine villages reference.
