含鈰污泥熱熔處理之研究

摘要


TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器)面板零組件中的彩色濾光片(CF, Color Filter)製程中的含鉻蝕刻廢液經處理後常產生大量的含鈰污泥,極具回收再利用之價值。因此,本研究以熱熔法(1500 oC)處理含鈰污泥,探討其鈰回收的可行性。研究結果顯示,本實驗所有試樣經熔融後,均未產生金屬錠(Ingot), 所有渣塊之TCLP重金屬溶出皆低於我國有害事業廢棄物認定標準。添加助熔劑(白雲石、石灰石及玻璃粉),可使熔渣塊表面較有光澤,且提升熔渣中Ce的移行率及鈰氧化物含量。而熔渣塊中的鈰氧化物的含量約13%~25%,且以有價的CeO2為主。

The treatment of Ce-etch wastewater from TFT-LCD color filter manufacturing processes usually generates large amounts of sludge that commonly has considerable amounts of cerium compounds deserved to be recycled. Therefore, this study attempted to recover the valuable Ce by melting the Ce-abundant sludge at 1500 oC. The results show that the heavy metal leaching concentrations of slags were all below the Taiwan TCLP limits, although no ingot was obtained. The addition of a melting-aid (domolite + marble limestone + cullet) enhanced the glassy surface of slags and increased cerium oxide content and Ce transfer. The slags had cerium oxide content of 13–25% (mainly CeO2).
