文化志工參與動機、工作投入、工作滿足與終身學習能力之關聯性研究

摘要


志願服務的運用非常廣泛,不論是治安維護、交通整頓、救難消防、教育文化或醫療保建等,每一個領域都有來自社會各階層的人參與志願服務的工作。 本研究旨在探討文化志工的參與動機、工作投入、工作滿足與終身學習能力的關聯性。研究的結果,希望能吸引更多的人力投入志願服務的行列,進而提升服務效能。 本研究問卷以臺中市文化志工為對象,總計發放310份問卷,回收有效問卷282份,並以因素分析、t檢定、ANOVA、迴歸分析及結構方程模型等統計方法進行資料分析驗證,實證分析結果歸納如下: 一、參與動機對工作投入有顯著正向影響。 二、工作投入對工作滿足有顯著正向影響。 三、工作投入對終身學習能力有顯著正向影響。 四、工作滿足對終身學習能力有正向影響但不顯著。 五、參與動機透過工作投入的中介效果間接正向影響工作滿足。 六、參與動機透過工作投入的中介效果間接正向影響終身學習能力。 七、不同的人口統計變數在參與動機、工作投入、工作滿足與終身學習 能力有差異。

The uses of volunteering are very wide. No matter public order maintaining, traffic rectifying, rescuing, education, or medical caring, there are volunteers taking part in every field. They come from every class in the society. The main idea of this research is to investigate the relationship between the motivation, job involvement, and job satisfaction of being a culture volunteer and competence for lifelong learning. The result of the research shows the hope of attracting more people to participate in culture volunteering, and then raise the efficiency of culture volunteering. The subject of this study includes culture volunteers in Taichung City. A total of 310 copies of questionnaires were distributed and 282 effective responses were received. The data were analyzed and verified by using factor analysis, t test, ANOVA, regression analysis and structural equation models. The summarized results of the analysis are shown below: I. Participation motivation has a significantly positive impact on job involvement. II. Participation motivation has a significantly positive impact on job satisfaction. III. Participation motivation has a significantly positive impact on lifelong learning. IV. Job involvement has a positive but indistinctive impact on job satisfaction. V. Job involvement has a significantly positive impact on competence for lifelong learning. VI. Job satisfaction has a significantly positive impact on competence for Lifelong learning. VII. Participation motivation has an indirectly positive impact on competence for lifelong learning through job involvement and job satisfaction. VIII. Job involvement has an indirectly positive impact on competence for lifelong learning through job satisfaction. IX. Differences exist in corporate capital, participation motivation, job involvement, job satisfaction, and competence for lifelong learning for different demographic variables.
