摘要

寵物醫院是很競爭的產業，受到現代的經濟環境與社會壓力的影響，所以很多人不生小孩而把寵物當成是自己的小孩。所以目前只要是跟寵物有關係的產業，不管是寵物醫院、寵物店、寵物住宿店的生意都很好。本研究應用知識管理的策略以提昇寵物醫院企業的價值，並創造他人無可模仿的競爭優勢。因此本研究以知識管理系統為研究重點，其研究目的主要是將寵物醫院的知識文件加以作分類、並規劃一個符合寵物醫院需要的知識管理系統架構。
此整體架構作業流程經過系統分析整理後，再依系統功能需求透過系統程式語言與資料庫的開發成知識管理系統。此知識管理系統之最大貢獻，即建置了一套符合寵物醫院所需的知識管理系統，提供寵物醫院、行政單位以及主管們方便、適用的知識管理平台，藉由知識管理系統所提供的服務功能，收集寵物醫院內外各種知識來源，使員工可以找到所需的知識，應用在日常工作上，達到知識管理的目標。
透過本研究所完成的資訊系統，讓寵物醫院從本來傳統的營運運作方式變得更順暢讓，本來傳統的人工作業變成用電腦作業，除了加快了整個寵物醫院的運作變的更有效率。

Pet hospital is a very competitive industry. Because of modern economic environment, and social pressure, many people do not have children and pets as their own children. So at present as long as the pet-related industries, whether it is pet hospitals, pet shops, and pet accommodation business is very popular. This study utilities the knowledge management strategy to enhance the value of pet hospital enterprises, and creates competitive advantage which cannot imitate by other. Therefore, this study focuses on the knowledge management system. The main purpose of this study is to classify the knowledge files of the pet hospital and to create a knowledge management system architecture that meets the needs of the pet hospital.
After the system analysis, the overall structure of the workflow process and functional requirements by means of the system programming language and database development, a knowledge management system was created.
The knowledge management system provides a convenient and applicable knowledge management platform for pet hospitals administrative units and managers.
Through the knowledge management system services function, the collection of various sources of knowledge inside and outside of the pet hospital was conducted so that employees can find the required knowledge in the daily work to achieve the goal of knowledge management. Also, through the information system completed by the knowledge management can make pet hospital’s operation more smoothly.
