工作價值對訓練成效之影響─產學攜手專班

摘要


無論是國內外,皆有產學合作的例子。以美國麻省理工學院(MIT)為例,此MIT媒體實驗室資金主要從大公司獲得,資助此實驗室的會員可以免費使用研發出的技術及專利,其他公司須在專利公告兩年後才可使用。在台灣多數是透過學術界及企業界的雙向交流合作,可擁有雙贏的局面,在學術界可以獲得額外的研究資源,進而可以提升本身的競爭力;在企業界可以獲得新穎的點子,達到產業創新。 目前國內的產學合作大多都是學術界到企業界培訓,在培訓的過程中,會受到個人本身及工作價值觀影響,不管是內在價值觀或外在價值觀,又或是目的價值觀或工具價值觀,還是個人學經歷,皆可能會影響到最後的訓練成效。 本研究旨在探討工作價值觀對訓練成效的影響。以問卷方式調查,發放103份問卷,有效問卷99份。使用敘述性統計、信度分析、回歸分析、ANOVA及SEM作分析,研究結果顯示如下:(1)不同人口統計變項對於工作價值觀有顯著影響;(2)不同人口統計變項對訓練成效有顯著影響;(3)工作價值對訓練成效有顯著影響;(4)不同人口統計變項在工作價值對訓練成效的關係具有干擾效果。本研究根據最後結果,並提出相關建議以供參考。

Both at home and abroad, there are examples of cooperation between industry and education. Take the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as an example, this MIT media lab's fund is mainly obtained from large companies. Members who fund this lab can use the developed technology and patents for free, and other companies must use the patent announcement two years later. In Taiwan, there is a win-win situation through two-way exchange and cooperation between academia and the business community. In the academic community can acquire additional research resources and improve their competitiveness. In the business community can get new ideas to achieve industrial innovation. The current domestic Industrial-Academic cooperation is mostly academe-to-business training. In the process of training, it will be influenced by individuals and work values. Whether it is intrinsic values or external values, or terminal or instrumental values, or personal learning experience, it may affect the final training results. This study aims to explore The Effect of Work Value on Training Effectiveness. This study adopted a questionnaire survey method. 103 questionnaires were distributed and 99 valid questionnaires were returned. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA and SEM were used for analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Different demographic variables have significant influence on work values;(2) Different demographic variables have a significant impact on training effectiveness;(3) The work value has a significant impact on training effectiveness;(4) Different demographic variables have a moderation effect on the relationship between work value and training effectiveness. This study is based on the final results and makes relevant recommendations for reference.
